Open concept with exposed beams and beautiful lighting. The living room has a 70 inch smart TV and a beautiful fireplace feature.
The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a pub style table facing the river. There’s a big window that also faces the river.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a beautiful daisy wish chandelier over the bed that is dimmable.
The third bedroom has a double bed and additional storage shelves for your use.
The bathroom is beautiful with a walk-in shower.

The entire retreat Style home is for our guests. We are as close to the river as you can get and there is a pathway that you can go down and swim in the river in the summer as well as just hanging out at the river watching wildlife and Eagles.
There’s a beautiful covered porch with a hot tub, fire pit, and a barbecue.

Other things to note
How to use the FIRE PIT
To start the fire pit go to the valve which is located close to the barbecue around the side of the patio. Turn the valve in line with the propane line. Set the timer to your desired amount of time. Go back to the fire pit. Turn the knob and push it in at the same time. Then push the ignite button. It may take several tries for the gas to come through the lines. You must keep the gas pushed in until it starts.
