Our River Park townhome is just the place needed for all of the conveniences of north Fresno and easy access to highway 41, Yosemite, Sequoia, or the Sierras.
Located near Kaiser Permanente, Saint Agnes, and Valley Children’s Hospitals. Perfect for traveling nurses, doctors, attorneys, or vacationers.
Two block walk to Fresno’s most popular shopping center, River Park, with Edwards Cinemas, restaurants galore, and many shops and stores. Woodward Park and the river are about one mile north.

Our spacious condo (over 1300 sq.Ft.) is in a small complex with five other units.
Our home has nice size bedrooms and two baths with shower/tub combination. In addition to the great room there is a separate sitting room and workspace, and two dining nooks. There’s a large 65” SMART television for your applications. There is a 32" HD smart TV in the 2nd bedroom for your games.
We have a designated parking place, street parking, and a garage space that will handle a small car. There’s a small courtyard for sitting or BBQ’s.
This place is perfect for long stays for working professionals, nurses, doctors, and other medical staff as it is close to several local hospitals.

It is very easy to take a short walk to great shopping. River Park Shopping Center is just two blocks west. You can smell the restaurants from the condo. The use of an Uber or Lift is an easy way to the park or it is about a one mile walk. Fresno has a suburban feel so you may want to rent a car for longer stays.

There is designated parking for space 103 at the condo and a small one car garage.
Please only use the electronic lock to enter and lock the unit. A key is not necessary. Healthcare workers are encouraged to request reservations. We provide a discount. Inquire with owner.
Our condo has designated parking for space 103 in front of unit and also a single small car garage. No remote available for security reasons. Parking is available at the curb for free. Guests may have professional small business meetings in the condo no larger than 5 people.
It is our pleasure to accept your Service animal at no additional front charge. Please answer these legally accepted questions by the ADA regarding your animal: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? What work or task has it been trained to perform? Under the ADA service animals must be harnessed and leashed at all times unless the individual's disability prevents this. But then the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. Must be under control of animal always and never let the animal alone. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict guest without notice. In the latter case there will be no guest refund.

THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY AND GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $250.00 if there is a smell of smoke or butts found in or near our unit. We have 2 queen beds for 4 adults or children and 1 extra cot for a possible fifth person accommodating another small child. We do not permit our furniture to be moved around. If furniture is severely soiled, a charge of 150.00 will be requested.
Please abide by our guest limitations. The master shower is a step down Roman tub convenient for slightly handicapped individuals.
Please take all trash and garbage out to front bins before leaving. Strip used linen and keep on respective beds. Hang all soiled towels if not laundered.
Checkout is before 11:00am.
