Or dine alfresco and take in the sea salt breeze from the inter coastal in nearby downtown.

The house can sleep up to 8 adults OR 8 adults and 2 children. We have a mini crib for infants.

This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook up anything you need. We take pride in outfitting our kitchen with:

Our house is in old town so all the sight seeing is where we are. Although we are near the water and sailing cruises, there are no beaches in downtown.
There are so many beaches nearby:
🏖️ Anastasia State Park (3 miles). Many people bike there. It’s an 8 minute drive. Bike rentals are just down the street from our house at the Lincolnville museum.
🏖️ Vilano Beach, 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
🏖️ St. Augustine Beach- 10-15 min, park anywhere along the island (free parking)

Guests have access to the whole house and backyard. There are 2 locked closets. One for owners belongings and one for cleaning supplies.

Our home is located in an area of old town St Augustine called Lincolnville. There are many homes here that were part of the Freedom Trail. Most of the homes are 100 years old or more and our streets are lined with huge trees draped Spanish moss. Although we are close to the water, downtown does not have any beaches. On Sundays there is a farmers market at the end of Riberia St. (around the corner) at Eddie Vickers Park. The park also has a playground and a public pool at the Willie Galimore Center. For the last few years, the Jacksonville Jaguars have covered all entry fees to the pool center.

Walk, drive, run, or bike. Catch the trolley to all the attractions in St Augustine at the Distillery, 1/3 mile away.

There are bike rentals and golf cart rentals just down the street.

The nearest beaches are Vilano Beach or Anastasia State Park, 8 minutes by car. St Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, and Flagler Beach can all be found as you continue down Anastasia Island.

Severe allergies- absolutely no cats allowed.
- Only the guests indicated in the booking are allowed to stay at the house.
- No smoking, inside
- No parties or loud music, Quiet hours are 9pm – 8am
- 2 dogs max, must be under 40lbs or non-shedding
- Unexpected visiting animals not on the reservation will result in a pet fee of $100. Service animals are not to be left in the house alone for any period of time.
- Keep beach fleas out. Use the hose next to the driveway to wash feet and toys after the beach before coming inside.
- There is NO garbage disposal in the kitchen. Guests will be charged for a clogged drain.
- Keep non-screened windows closed.
- There is a front porch camera for safety. Removing or altering the camera will result in immediate termination of the lease without refund.
