This charming and delightful home has direct access to the water, ideal for boating, fishing, or relaxing with a view. It offers a peaceful retreat with 3 comfortable queen beds and 1 comfortable king bed—ideal for families or group trips.

~Waterfront Location – Direct access to the water, ideal for boating, fishing, crabbing or relaxing with a view. Bring your own boat or water toys and enjoy. Coty Marina is a 2 min drive, and you can use their slip for all of your water toys and drive right up to the house.
~4 Bedrooms – Sleeps 8 comfortably, perfect for families or groups
~2 Full Baths + 2 Half Baths – Convenient layout for larger groups
~Spacious Deck & Outdoor Seating – Great for dining, lounging, or soaking in the views
