Porlezza. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. Located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano, the villa is set amidst the green parkland of Porto Letizia. The family-friendly resort features a public lakeside park with winding walking trails and a communal beach with SUP and watersports rentals, 2 children's playgrounds and a main building Palazzo with a reception, stylish cafe bar, modern Italian restaurant Panama Restaurant and more. There is also an entertainment program for children during the months of July and August. The resort's central location on Via Prati means guests can easily reach the town's amenities, bus and ferry services and the lake road from Porlezza (2-5 minutes' walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is just a few minutes' drive from the year-round lake capital Lugano and the picturesque, well-developed Lake Como town of Menaggio (22-28 minutes' drive away). The apartment has NO lake views Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
