In addition, Westgate Branson Woods boasts all the amenities you expect from a full-service resort. Guests of Westgate Branson Woods enjoy a variety of onsite amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise facility, hiking trails, daily scheduled activities (seasonal), shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, basketball court, volleyball court, lighted playground, campfire area, clubhouse, bike rentals, onsite entertainment and concierge service. This is a timeshare property where I am an owner. Since you will be staying using my owner week, you are absolutely in no way obligated to take a tour of the property.

Due to the nature of the property, reservations must fall between Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. Also, I have to check availability with Westgate before I can confirm your request.

Westgate requires a credit card at check-in to keep on file for incidentals, which may include a $50 hold on that card. If you have no incidentals, your card will not be charged upon checking out.

Westgate's pet policy: 1 pet allowed (1 dog or cat) with $270 deposit at check-in ($100 refundable at check-out). Westgate requires a credit card at check-in for any incidentals or damages.

West lake Resorts the WORST !!!!

We have booked thru HomeAway and VRBO from coast to coast and border to border for over 15 years, Never had a major problem or complaint. We decided to visit Branson and the Ozarks, rented thru the owner, she was great and personally refunded a portion of our rent even though nothing was her fault. The Resort is filthy with trash bags lining the walkways, and trash cans not emptied. Check-in was a nightmare, was told we could arrive at 4:00, by 7:00 unit still not ready, gave us another unit, beds were not made. Took two days to get pillowcases, then handed them to us in a plastic trash bag and said “there you go”. Limited parking had to walk long distances to get to our building. I could go on and on about the rude and uncaring staff. Complained to management, the owner called us and said how sorry she was on how we were treated. She was told that’s manager would come to our unit to discuss our complaints and concerns. NEVER SHOWED UP! I will suffice to say “Stay Away from any and all Westgate Resorts”. After this appalling experience we have heard numerous other horror stories about the Westgate properties. BE WARNED!

Condo Rental

There were high additional costs not mentioned on the website. Dog fees were very high, this should be listed on the property. Also, it should be noted that this is a Time Share rental, not owner property. There is a big difference. We did not plan on touring a Time Share presentation on our Vacation. Would not recommend to friends.

Westgate Branson Woods adds the feeling of being at home with the convenience of easily accessing many, if not all, of the attractions in Branson. It is nestled in a quiet, wooded area with plenty of activities if you just want to hang out and relax for the day. This property is one of Westgate's newest properties and the particular Villas we own have up-to-date furnishings and features, which were important to me. We are always very pleased with our stay at the Westgate Branson Woods.
