ヴィラ "C"は一階にある美しい家です。ビーチへの遊歩道にも歩いて行けません！リラックスした休暇に最適です。オーシャンフロントヴィラでは、コーヒーを飲み、デッキから日の出を見ることができます。 8まで眠ります。アメリア島のこのヴィラで少し時間を過ごすと、あなたは戻ってきます。

メインハウスには、設備の整ったキッチン（朝食用バー付）があります。広々としたダイニングエリア、ファミリールーム、マスタースイート、マスターバス。ゲストハウスには2つのプライベートなベッドルームがあり、1つの部屋には双子のセットがあり、もう1つにはクイーンサイズベッドがあり、それぞれにプライベートフルバスが付いています。建物はおしゃれな中庭で区切られています。どちらの建物もプライバシーフェンスに囲まれています。完璧なセットアップ。

キングベッド付きのマスターベッドルームは、ダブルシンクを含むドレッシングエリアでマスターバスにつながります。マスターバスにはバスタブとシャワーが付いています。

リビングルームには、クイーンベッドを引き出した断面があります。

家の裏側の大きなデッキは海に面しており、ファミリールームやマスターベッドルームからアクセスできます。

Villa needing Maintenance

Pretty much the villa needs maintenance. The bed frames are cheap and seems like wasn’t the first time the frame legs bent and had to move the bed to the floor. Sliding glass door to beach access would not lock and there is no gate to the beach, so public access to the house from the beach. Grill handle was broken, outside furniture was broken. Shower handle was loose and rainfall shower head was clogged. Dishwasher moved every time it was opened or closed and could not read the buttons to turn on. This was not worth the money that was paid to rent it. I suggest go somewhere else.

Pre-Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful time with family while taking walks on the beach! The neighboring areas were great for dining, shopping and entertainment! We would definitely stay there again!!

Amelia Island Beach

It was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and nicely designed inside. The separation between the 2 buildings worked well. It had a nice private feel. The only problem was the power went out in the night (we later found out it was island wide) and no one answered the emergency number that was provided. The number in the binder was answered by a hotel employee who said she could not help me.

Great Beach Vacation

The villa was very nice and clean. Beach decor made it feel like a beach vacation. Master bathroom is gorgeous and the separate bedrooms were great for my adult children. Easy walk to the beach from the attached boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this villa.

My husband and I wanted a place to get off the grid and just relax….this was the right place for it! Beautiful and relaxing!
