Fantastic location
Great location. Would have appreciated a few more towels and a couple beach chairs. The property also needs a little TLC. For example the stove barely heats a pot, the fan in the master only has one speed, and the dining room lights flicker.

Great location
This is a great vrbo. Pictures are accurate. Like others have said. It is a 2nd floor, so you will see the ocean and hear it, but will not be able to see the beach. Which I actually enjoyed. Feels more private. Love this location. 2nd time in this development and will return. No parking issues. Great layout and clean. Will book again.

Wonderful
This condo is beautiful!!! It was extremely clean and the location was excellent with an ocean view and very close to the pools. The only thing someone else needs to be aware of if it matters is the beach can not be seen from the condo. The palms have grown up and the tops only allow the ocean can be seen but no beach, shore or people at the water. You can see a gorgeous sunrise from the balcony and the master bedroom. It is an amazing place to stay and we highly recommend it!!!

Absolutely spectacular condo with amazing views
This well appointed almost 2000 sq ft condo offers everything you will need for a great stay at the beach - which is just steps from your door. 3 bedrooms 1 with bunk beds allows families to stay with ease. Condo is on the 2nd floor and convenient to the community pool with kids water splash and kiddie pool as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience
Very comfortable spacious clean unit right on the beach. Pet friendly community. Had a great time with family. The club house had a nice warm pool and spa to wind down. Located in a beautiful quiet upscale neighbourhood with friendly cheerful residents. Definitely plan to come back.

Awesome vacation.
Most of the time people use tricks to make condos look spacious, then you are disappointed when you arrive. Not here! It was almost the opposite. The condo was incredibly spacious and they didn’t cut any corners on furnishings. Nice TVs in every room and nice heavy furniture. You couldn’t ask for a quicker walk to the beach with the beach access just steps away from your door. We will be back!

Palm Coast Getaway
The property was very clean. The 2 beautiful pools are located a very short walk from the unit. The whole area is very bikeable and enjoyable. The unit is on the 2nd floor so you can skip the elevators unless loading/unloading. This was good for us because we stayed during COVID.

Outstanding!
The place was clean and very comfortable and we liked it much better than our previous place we rented from another company. Very well-equipped kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is a couple of chairs on the patio that are comfortable like recliners or Adirondack chairs. The table is very nice but very uncomfortable if you want to spend relaxation time reading, etc.

Beautiful place!
We had a wonderful experience at this gorgeous condo! Initially, we were flying to Orlando for a volleyball tournament that was cancelled due to Covid-19. After the cancellation, we searched for a condo that would suit our family and this was the PERFECT place. The view was gorgeous, the location was ideal within the resort and all the accommodations couldn't have been better. The elevator and access to the ocean was awesome for my mom who has had double-knee surgeries. Parking was easy (this is always a problem at other locations), pools were clean and beautiful and the decor was new, updated and clean. I would have to work really hard to find anything negative to say and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Felt right at home
This place was wonderful. Highly recommended. Plenty of room for 3 teenagers and parents. The only thing we wished was that the grill was open more. But it was off season, so there hours were different. Perfect spring weather for us northerners. Would book again for sure.

Beautiful location on the beach and gorgeous furniture overshadowed by poor maintenance
I spend 2 weeks in August with my family. Needless to say Cinnamon beach is breathtaking - long beach with very convenient beach access and hardly any people given the community is gated, pleasant water and little previous things you can on the beach from shell picking to seeing little turtle throttle back in the water, pelicans fishing and simple walking with water hugging your feet. Settlement is very nice with all the needed infrastructure like swimming pools (2), little grill, great access to all properties. Now the condo itself. Great layout typical for beach properties, gorgeous furnishing (dated, but in good shape), but the maintenance of the place was far below expectations: - screens on the balcony were not fully functional or torn and doors were not locking, whcih is why there were sticks to make is secure for the night - place was not even cleaned when we arrived - linens were changed, but there was lumps of old dust everywhere from cabinets, to drawers, to under the furniture, smeared something on the walls, dated and looking filthy carpets - insect infestation - as much as the pest control guy we had to call tried to convince us those were water bugs, maybe, but it is unpleasant that the place was not processed to keep those away and these creatures are disgusting and crawl everywhere from bed linen to kitchen to living room - if cleaned and sprayed they should be able to stay away - TVs were not working in all the room, but master bedroom - I do not care previous visitors got if off channel - there were not instructions either how to get it back on the right channel, so we waited for 48 h for a maintenance person to come and set it all up - finally, the closet door in one of the guest bedrooms was broken, just yanked out of the railing and I could not fix it - I called, I wrote through the fancy application of the rental company - no reaction - so it was neither fixed, not usable In short, vacation would have been blissful, would the place just be better maintained for the price we paid. But the location and beach are still worth the visit!

Great oasis right on the beach.
We enjoyed our time in this condo. There wasn't much wrong with it. The vertical blinds need some attention, and there are no curtains on the windows to keep out the light, but that's a fairly minor complaint given all the positives. The entire resort was gorgeous and well-maintained. The beach access was right next to this particular condo. We enjoyed dining outside and listening to the waves crash. The kitchen furnishing were adequate, but the ice-maker did not work in the refrigerator. Maintenance was quick to fix the master shower that was not consistently getting hot water. The two pools were well-maintained, but, in July, too warm for it to actually be refreshing. We will definitely return to Ocean Hammock, and likely through this rental management company because they really were great to work with.

Beautiful property.
We stayed at this beautiful condo with our family of 6. It is very spacious and very clean. The beach is beautiful. A few things with the condo I was unhappy about is we could never get the internet to work. I called but never received a call back. I have rented several times from vrbo from the actual owners. This is a company so I'm not sure how call backs work. A few of the bridges were out to walk to the beach from the hotel. Totally not companies fault - but a nice heads up would have been nice. Also when booking this rental be aware you are 30-45 minutes away from attraction like cities. This is a beautiful condo and community overall.

Family Vacation
This place was absolutely picture perfect. We enjoyed this unit especially. Very clean and spacious. There were seven of us and I never once felt crowded, large rooms, kitchen, dining, even the balcony was very roomy. It was right on the beach , very easy access to the pool and beach area. Even if it rained there was a parking garage that was right there so you didn't wet at all. This beach is very private from all the hype of typical Florida and tourism. It's a very safe gated and security monitored place. There is even a very large quiet pool that my in laws raved about. They didn't have to worry with small children jumping and splashing on them, since the are elderly. They were able to enjoy and feel safe and secure this entire trip here. It was relaxing and exciting for my teens as well. We took a short drive to tour St Augustine with them. The beach had plenty of wildlife from dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, jelly fish. My son and husband were able to enjoy fishing right off shore here with out worry about hundreds of people getting in the way. The pool provides drinks, and food serviced right to you even beachside throughout the day, or your unit is so close just head back to it and enjoy cooking for yourself. We took advantage of both. All resteraunts are with in 5 miles driving distance. We enjoyed eating at Hooligans, Carrabaes, Outback Steakhouse, and Salt Life. All the food was over expected experiences. Everything was perfectly cooked from the fish, chicken steak and even Sushi. I really enjoyed this vacation the most!

We were very pleased overall - the condo was very clean and tasteful. People were friendly and great to work with - it would be good to have some instruction as to the operations or limitations on the 2 TV's in the secondary bedrooms. I spent entirely to much time trying to get some channel selection for my grandchildren and finally gave up - very frustrating! We did have a great vacation tho! Thank you!

Our Stay at Cinnamon Beach 824
The view and place was spectacular! Just a couple of things need attention: Sofa bed is not functioning upper body side sinks inward, sliding screens need replacing and lubing from the salt water conditions, door knobs need tightening,little more towels (beach) and bedding, think the fitness club house needs a clean up and physio ball needs air (was flat when I went to use it) and a few more floor mats for excercising. Lastly, being able to take a cooler to pool area would be nice. We are on strict diets and the grill options do not accommodate our whole family. I think this rule should not be mandatory. Over all I would come again loved it!

First Florida Holiday
We loved the location and the condo! The booking agent was helpful and efficient. There were a few minor property condition issues..but overall, it was great! I would recommend it, and will vacation there again. However, we left before 8am and I tried to call the prop managment number, and the extension was unavailable.
