Great Location, not so great accomodations

The location of the unit was a few blocks west of Old Scottsdale so it was close to many restaurants and museums which we enjoyed. Pirouz, the manager, was very helpful with a few minor problems we encountered but the accomodations are very dated. The unit was very clean and but quite small.

Very much enjoyed this cute little quaint and quite location!

We got what we expected and wanted. Price is very fair. Good location to old town Scottsdale. We don't have anything negative to say about this stay. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because it doesn't have a swimming pool. That might not even be fair. Were happy!!

False advertised, construction the whole time

This condo was very disappointing. The owner advertises the place is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, this is only true if you would like to walk 30+ minutes each way. Also there was construction next door every day beginning around 8 am. The property owner does not let you know that ahead of time and by 8 am everyday you are woken up by saws and other loud tools. Also if you forget anything, forget about getting it mailed to you. The owner has stopped all incoming packages and mail to the apartment complex. This is something very simple that could be a need to those away during a school semester or work. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
