Two minutes walk from the beach in Playa Colorado with a pool!

2 bedroom/2 bathroom house located on the south end of Iguana beach, only about 75 yards back from the beach. Only a 2 minute walk to community beachfront pool and restaurant, 2 minute walk to Colorados beach break and 15 minute walk to Panga Drops. This casita has a/c in all rooms, Claro TV, wireless internet and a battery back up system that powers on in case of a power outage. There is a BBQ/Grill outside, a couple of hammocks in the palapha to hang in, pool and outside shower - perfect for after the surf or swim!

Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds (can be pushed together) in the guest bedroom and an optional air matress.

Rates- (Includes cleaning every second day)
March-September: $170/night for 1-2 people, $200/night for 3-4 people and $215/night for 5-6 people
October- February: $150/night for 1-2 people, $180/night for 3-4 people and $195/night for 5-6 people
Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $270/night for 1-2 people, $300/night for 3-4 people and $315/night for 5-6 people, 5 nights minimum

This casita is located in a gated community of Hacienda Iguana Golf & Beach Resort. The Resort is located on the South Pacific coast of Nicaragua. One of the best surf breaks in Nicaragua - Colorados and Panga Drops are located only 5 minutes bike ride away. And we will make sure you have a bike to ride if you require one (Discounted rentals of $5/day). The Resort's 9 hole golf course is challenging for any level of player and it is only meters away from the condos.

HACIENDA IGUANA'S incredibly beautiful white sand beach is over 1.5 mile long with crystal clear water and possibly the best sunsets in the world (thou I might be biased!). Two rivers boarder both the North and South side of the Resort and there are numerous trails that head of in the jungle with its abundant wild life, including native tropical birds, iguanas, howler monkeys, even an occasional sloth! We can organize a mountain bike tour for you to get to know the trails in the area, it is a great activity option for in between the surfs!

SURF, GOLF AND FISHING ARE EPIC, and the wind is offshore over 330 days per year! Or just relax by the pool at the beach club and enjoy a good book or take some pictures of surfers, the incredible unspoiled beaches and breathtaking sunsets. There is Don Elloy's Bar and Restaurant as well as La Bodega Cafe right next door, so you can always grab yourself coffee, juice and quick breakfast. And there is nothing better than a slice of freshly made pizza or chicken wings with refreshing Tona (local beer) after the surf. Our cleaning ladies will make sure your place is spotless every day and we can even org anise you a chef so all you need to of is put your toga/boardies on and head down to the beach!

TRANSPORTATION: You can rent your own car from the airport or we would be happy to send out one of our trusted drivers to pick you up no matter what time you fly in and out! Rates start from as low as $80-90 for a small taxi and we can arrange an SUV or big Van as well. The driver will stop over at the grocery shop for you to ensure you are stocked up on supplies. But if you ever run out, we can send taxi to do the shopping for you.
