The location is phenomenal. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is excellent. The room is great. Everything has a wow factor.
What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile.
The location, view and scenery is stunning, watching as the sun goes down is only beaten by dawn breaking a great spectacle.
Accommodation and facilities meet all your needs. Food, breakfast or dinner is well presented, tasty with such a wonderful setting making full use of the views.
This property was wonderful in its own right. Isolated by nature, stunning view, and ease of access to island hopping it lacked in services such as transportation, convenience stores, spa, and verity of food.
The property is great. The view at the property is beautiful. However keep in mind that the property is in the middle of nowhere. That said the hotel offers an amazing pool and spectacular views. The food is ok. The big selling point is the amazing skywalk view.

The view was amazing and Korina, her younger brother Nabeen and the staff were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The only couple of things i would recommend to improve the property area would be maybe changing the floor mat and cushions in the seating and view area as the wiod and marble furniture was beautiful but the floor carpet and cushions were worn down impacting the overall ambience and experience of the place. Also the door lock didn't seem to work properly so strong reliable locks may improve the overall experience. But everything else was super awesome and beautiful and we would love to come back and stay there again. Very serene and relaxing place with awesome staff/ people!
We arrived to a room that was infested with bugs. Bugs and flies on the bed, on the floor and swarming the windows. I get that this is in the mountains, but the room was swarming with flies, big to small and was not livable. When we asked for another room, they said they had none that were clean. They finally gave us an unclean room that we stayed in because there were no other options in the area at that time of night, because the area is fairly remote. I don’t recommend staying here, just visit during the day and pay to see the view. You can get better accommodations and service elsewhere.

We spent a couple of fantastic days here. The staff, service & facilities were great. We used the pool (great views) as well as the fitness room. You can walk round the Skywalk as often as you like. They arranged a long boat trip from the nearby pier. 4 hours zooming around, visiting multiple islands including the floating island as well as “James Bond” island. Just remember that the entrance fee to the national park is 300 bhat per person on top of the boat trip. There’s not that much close by so the hotel is really the only option for drinks or dining. That said the food at the hotel was great with multiple menu options.

not what you'd expect
the place is not matching the view and day trip experience. Restaurant really bad, not worth the money. Staff don't speak English, food really not good. room was ok with great view - overall still ok, but wouldn't go again.

Do yourself a favour and stay here.
A beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of a beautiful country. The view will sell it, that’s for sure but it’s so much more. The highlight was the food. I have been typing and deleting for 10 minutes now and I can’t put into words how amazing the food was. We were there in the rainy season so I’m the afternoon the view was obscured by fog but that was ok because the lightning storm that followed lit up the landscape and put on an amazing show. The staff, the facilities and every aspect of this hotel were outstanding.
The setting was breathtaking… one of the most magical in the world! Their taking care of and special efforts made to honor a birthday was amazing.
However, 2 negatives to mention: service at dinner was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced : no one came to the table over a 45 minute period. The restaurant only offered a Sauvignon blanc by the glass; no Chardonnay.
The other was we signed up for an expensive tour: no one informed us we had to pay cash for the tour & all stops on the tour required cash! We missed the famed James Bond island as a result.
Das Zeltzimmer ist toll aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es nur ein Zelt ist. Dementsprechend hört man allerlei Geräusche.
