The flat is just next to the town hall in the historic centre of Seville. Perfect location for visiting the nearby historic sites, restaurants and bars. We have had fantastic time.

Wonderful comfortable and stylish apartment. Excellent central location for exploring the sites of Seville. Self checkin was a breeze - so long as you remember to do the on-line checkin in advance. We didn’t, but staff very responsive and helpful in getting us the necessary access codes.

The location was more than perfect. Easy to communicate with staff and support. All appliances were clean and well-prepared. The only one thing I was not satisfied with was the sofa bed was unstable and uncomfortable. Excepted that everything was great. 👍

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and bright with well defined areas, kitchen, seating area and bedroom all with their own lighting. The apartment is between two squares, one with bars and the other with a garden and the balcony was a great place to stand, take in the atmosphere and watch the sunset. It was ideally located a few minutes away from the Cathedral etc and lots of local bars. My only really minor quibble was that we only had one dishwasher tablet for a four day stay so had to buy washing up liquid. Heartily recommend

Great location, central to everything. The whole process was so easy, getting the entry code by mail, using it to enter and leave at the end. Fabulous way to travel.

We loved our stay. Great location near Plaza Nuevo. Lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a small balcony that made for great people watching. The apt was clean and updated. Had a washing machine which was a plus. Self checkin was easy. Your code works street & room doors. Heard some street noise, but nothing earplugs didn’t help. Great stay!

Good but not great

The stay was pleasant and the apartment was located in a popular location. Making walking the city a breeze. The beds were quite soft and good to sleep on. The only downside was the property could have been cleaned better. There was numerous long hairs spread throughout the apartment. Plus the ceiling tile in the bathroom has water damage that was covered up by a sticker.

Very good location, very clean apartment, with access to restaurants, shops and the most important monuments of Seville. The only complaint is that in the bathroom the water leaks out of the shower, they should fix that problem.

We got an appartment with no view to the outside, only windows to an internal "shaft" - therefore, the appartment was quite dark. The maintenance could be better, but overall it was acceptable.

Sensational apartment in the centre of Seville

What an amazing apartment. We stayed in apartment 102 and it was exceptional. It was a large one bedroom apartment finished to a high standard and with the added benefit of a private terrace. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is situated in the centre of all the action which was absolutely sensational. Despite being situated in a central location the sound proofing of the apartment together with the block out curtains meant we had a wonderful sleep. Would recommend.

The location can’t be beat. For those that want utter quiet, this may not be the best place, but for us, it was perfect. The only real draw back was the shower seemed to flow water outside of the enclosure with the drain. I think maybe the shower pan should have had a curb or been sloped more.

The place was clean and the location was really convenient and close to all the attractions. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an apartment near the attractions. Some not so ideal things: 1. No reception so everything has to be communicated via email or whatsapp. I was left locked out even though I had a one hour extension because the passcode expired. 2. No dryer or iron. If you want to do laundry on your last day, that might not be ideal. 3. The floor levelling in the shower wasn’t done properly so that all the water could flow directly to the drain. Instead, every time you shower, the water leaks out to the dry area of the bathroom, where there’s no drainage. I was afraid it would seep out to the vinyl flooring in the bedroom, which would damage the flooring. Had to use two towels to soak up the water.
