I was wary about booking here as the reviews were all over the place. Many of them referred to problems with the staff. But everything was fine and aside from check in/check out we had no interaction with the staff. Our unit was spotless and looked as if it had been recently updated. It was also spacious. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, glasses, dishes etc. If you are a person that needs housekeeping to come in every day then this may not be for you. We were there for 3 nights and no one ever came in. But there were extra towels in the bathroom and we were fine. Also, at booking, there was no mention of the unit being on the second floor. It was not a problem for us....but I can see that the stairs might be an issue for some. We were very close to one of the pools and it was large and clean. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Colonial Williamsburg from here and it's even closer to Busch Gardens and Water Country.

Me and my family had a great time at the resort. We are taking about another trip soon, and looking in getting a time share with your company. We really appreciate and enjoy our self there. The grow ups had things to do and the kids had so many thing to do. Love it. We will be back soon. God bless.

It was not what I had expected or how it looked in the pictures. The place they gave us was old and smelled like mold. Our beddings were musty as though it was not washed. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The washer and dryer when used was very loud.

2 Night Stay

We stayed in a 2-bedroom premier duplex and found it to be just what we needed while traveling with our young daughter. The space was clean, comfortable, and gave us plenty of room to spread out, which made a big difference for our family. Check-in was easy and efficient, and we really appreciated all the amenities available during our stay—from the pool to the playground/putt-putt and convenient parking. Everything was well-maintained and made our trip more enjoyable. I also really appreciated that the staff wasn't pushy about selling us on a timeshare, which I had zero interest in. While the interior was outdated, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space. One downside was that we weren’t able to check in early, even though we had requested due to us attending a funeral that evening. It was a bit inconvenient after a long day of travel. Overall, it was a great stay and met our needs well for a family-friendly trip.

It was my first time going somewhere on a vocation and i was very satisfied with this place. Next time I will rent a second room to have the whole house to ourselves. The neighbors were good but with 3 ppl one area felt a little small so definitely need the while place next time.

The cottage was much worse than the photos. The online photos are of more expensive or updated suites or are taken to deceive. The beds are excellent. The two units we saw are otherwise very dated. Clean but in need of replacement except the beds. The internet is not wired, so it's slow, drops often and has no security. The TV is so old you can't stream or connect HDMI, so it's just commercial cable, and it doesn't swivel. Not the end of the world, but in a resort room in the evening it's crazy that in 2025 you're stuck watching commercial cable. We didn't get a chance to use the amenities. They may have added to a family stay.

The resort is nice. This unit had bird mess around the doorway. In the living room the ac unit was under the living room area and it would vibrate when you sat on the couch. No liquid dish detergent was left.

House was amazing! Ac could have been a little better. Seemed like maybe the filters needed changed but opened the windows for the cool evening air 👍. It was 2 min from water country (not open yet), 3 min from target and Best Buy (for spare sound machines 🙃) and only 7-8 min from both Busch Gardens & colonial Williamsburg! The indoor pool was great evening cool down too! Over all 5⭐ for sure.

The unit itself was not as clean as it could be. There was dirt in the bathtub and the area under and around the end tables in the bedroom had not been vacuumed for awhile. The layout in the kitchen was strange with a small tv placed above the refrigerator presumably so you could watch it from the loveseat. The area was quiet, but the shared facilities are quite a distance from the a lot of the different units.

Booked room with a jacuzzi upon check in was told we needed to book the whole unit. Unit with jacuzzi was unoccupied for our entire trip. Ending up leaving a day early. I would not recommend getting the unit that is downstairs in the winter unless you are cold natured heat raises to the top hard to keep warm with vaulted ceiling.
