Good value

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good too. Nice large room. Did not like that a duvet is on the bed uncovered. A/C is noisy but worked well otherwise. Appreciated the ample parking as well.

I really didn't like the only meat option at breakfast was pork bacon and sausage. I wish they had turkey bacon. What I did like was the kitchen staff had some one go to the store and get me some turkey. Even though it was lunch meat and not turkey bacon like I asked for. I still like the fact that they cared enough to make the effort to get me some turkey.

Pleasant Surprise !!!

Very good Stay. Hallways not so clean. Room old but clean and neat an easy overlook as staff super helpful. Breakfast was GREAT and the host Shaban was extraordinary !!!!!

O quarto era amplo. A cama muito confortável. O único ponto negativo era que fica próximo a rodovia movimentada e o barulho se ouvia do quarto.

Sad excuse for a hotel

Area is a good location but was extremely loud because of how dated and old the building is. Windows held no noise out so sleep was horrible, the room had old blinds that didn’t shut all the way so constant street lights were coming in the room. A/C so loud did not help with sleep either. Bathroom was so bad it had the toilet paper holder broken off, the bathroom counter separating so not a flat surface when I used it, pillows were so old and worn and gross. Overall each floor had a smell to them right when you stepped off the elevators of food and cooked items. We will not be staying here ever again and did not get a good nights rest or enjoy anything about our stay.

Spacious room

Comfortable bed. Large walkin shower. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was marginal, sticky mess on 2 surfaces. Road noise was a problem, and I was on the side opposite the turnpike. Wifi was decent. The staff was great.

Tipico hotel de los años 70, se nota que algunas habitaciones fueron remodeladas, pero los desagues estaban tapados, las alfombas de los pasillos con olor, las escaleras sucias, el ingreso no estaba en buenas condiciones. El espacio de cocina no tiene utensillos. Con respecto al desayuno, por cuestiones de horario no lo pudimos aprovechar en su totalidad y no es buffet como en las fotos, es con atencion de personal. Otro detalle es que en el 4to piso la señal de wifi era muy pobre

Better than WDW value resorts!

Amazing stay! Easy check in. Front desk staff is top notch. Safe parking areas with security cameras. Wonderful lounge area to chill and chat. The room!!! Cozy bed with comfy pillows, sheets and bedspread! AC dropped down to a chilling 68°, I have hot flashes. Requested an extra pillow and two were delivered within minutes. Bathroom incl a black makeup washcloth, make-up remover, earplugs, soap, hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. Dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker (pods not k cup). LARGE closet with ironing board and iron. Room was on the interstate side but we didn't hear any traffic noise. Quiet room #727 at the end of the hall. Made to order breakfast was good, but not great. Juices were cold and great tasting. Omelet options like ham, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, spinach, tomatoes peppers, etc would have made a big difference. Toast was a bit well done for one of us. Hubby said coffee wasn't good enough for a second cup. But a good deal as it was included in our stay. Plenty of comfy outdoor seating to hang out with our friends and family! Even better stay than some Disney value resorts!!! Can't wait to see this place after the refurbishments are completed!

un poco sucio los filtros del aire acondicionado lo cual puede generar hongos pero el cuarto en dimensiones es increíble y la vista es espectacular… la cercanía a los parques es perfecta y de bueno el desayuno y personal fueron excelentes

You pay for what you get

I know they are in the middle of a transformation, but they should have spent a little more time in the rooms. We had missing blinds, and they were replaced quickly. The bed wasn't very comfortable and made noise every little movement.
