We stayed for 4 nights at Be Mato and loved it.Sabrina was extremely helpful, not only with navigating through check in and room accomadations, but also with great tips about sightseeing, hiking trails nearby and assisting to extend or stay another night as well as a late check out. Loved the city of Turin as well as the service and privacy at De Mato.

Amazing stay! So comfy I could live there. I loved the set up of the apartment. I loved the little welcome card and chocolate gift. I also have to rave about the pillows, one firm and one soft. The location was convenient and it was super clean!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, very clean and light filled. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The building is very central to the city center making it easy to walk everywhere. I would absolutely stay again. The downsides in the place we stayed were no cleaning products in the kitchen and only one outlet. If you don’t cook it isn’t an issue!

We highly recommend BeMate Torino. They were courteous, especially Ilaria at the front desk, who took care of all our needs during the two weeks plus stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at their newer and spacious fully equipped apartment located in the centre of Torino close to all piazzas, museums and restaurants. We would gladly return to use their services back anytime soon.

This was an excellent place to stay in Torino. Brand new, pristine apartments were a perfect fit for a recent work trip. Large modern spaces with in suite laundry, kitchen, balcony, work space were a perfect fit. The only challenge is the office on-site is only open from 10 - 6 p.m. If you have any questions / concerns, the timely response rate changes after those hours. Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely return! Grazie mille!

Beautiful room- bad messaging

The place was lovely. BUT we were receiving conflicting communications about checkin procedures from different people and on different media. Requests to share pix of passports and credit cards were not accompanied by any info about how secure the transaction was— made us nervous and complicated things.

Wunderschönes Appartment mit kleineren Abstrichen. Leider funktionierte die Dusche nicht richtig und die Terrasse zeigt auf einen nicht sehr einladenden Hinterhof eines großen Bürogebäudes. Leider war dieser auch die ganze Nacht stark beleuchtet, was ins Schlafzimmer geschienen hat. Vielleicht ist das in den oberen Etagen weniger störend. Alles in allem aber absolut empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt um sich diese wunderschöne Stadt anzuschauen.
