It’s so convenient to many selections of stores and restaurants including but not limited to high end departments store for clothing including many selections of overseas specialty stores. The room was clean and provided with FREE washing machine in the balcony and the staffs were very friendly and helpful in many ways including hailing a private car for my family with five large luggages and three people heading from Zhongshan to Foshan in Guangzhou. Many thanks to the staffs.

It’s very well kept service appartment, bed room in mezzanine floor, living area, n kitchenette well furnished, location in an upper middle class area, WTH shopping area , cafes, bistro n supermarket. High recommend for relaxing holiday, if you visiting Zhongshan n surround areas

Our family stay at Perth Lodge was great! Check in location was a little tricky to find at first, but once found the place everything was straight forward from there on. The staff was very helpful. Communication was done through WeChat. We had all the amenities that we needed, including a washing machine, which was extremely helpful. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The floors could be cleaner, but we were provided with new slippers throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant and memorable! We will definitely stay here again.

The room in general is clean; the stuff is helpful. Due to our plan changes, we have made 3 bookings covers 5 nights. However, I did not know there are two Zhongshan Perth Lodge locations so the two nights were booked in Lihe Plaza and the other in MIXC. I went to MIXC location when I checked in but found it's wrong. However, the check in lady is very helpful to figure out the situation and called a taxi send us to Lihe Plaze. The young check in lady of MXIC site had been waiting us at the mall entrance. Really good customer service!

Great Apartment

It was really modern and spacious. Offering great facilities to cook, wash clothes and relax. Our overhead fan in the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and there was tar (from the cigarettes) along the wall/ceiling. We also used the washing machine which worked really well but the small clothes horse had black water dripping out of it. We used the other hangers which worked great. Great apartment hotel for great central location however some cleaning needed in the bathroom and clothes hanger.

If you are traveling Zhongshan with family, this is a great lodging option. It has a living space with an open kitchen. Washer in the the balcony. A dining area next to the kitchen plus a bathroom. We stayed in a family suite so there are two bedrooms upstairs. One of them is a master room with a bathroom. It’s inexpensive with a great value. The only thing is that it’s an apartmental so there are no amenities. If you want a hotel with a pool/restaurants/bar, there’s Even Hotel nextdoor in the same plaza or Hilton by the Lihe mall. They are great deals also in American standard. And Zhongshan Perth Lodge is a steal less than half the price compared to those two, and most ideal for family or if you want to have guests over (since there’s a living room). Location is the best, it’s next to a couple big malls including MIXC and Holiday Plaza. Holiday Plaza is very artistic with lots of small boutique shops and restaurants, although the shops aren’t cheap. For example, a piece of clothes can be 300-600RMB, very expensive in China standard. Whereas a night at Perth was less than 300 RMB, so you get the idea. MIXC is a higher end mall with international and local brands like Adidas, Popmart, Uniqlo etc. Across from Perth, there’s a foot massage place called Xiheli, that requires calling in advance to book. Directly downstairs from Perth there’s Lawson which opens 24 hrs. Overall, it’s a good accommodation in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

超級可愛! 自動給我們upgrade to雙人床雙房間二層樓! Cool! 清潔整理! 雪白的床單,和酒店沒有兩樣! 一般洒店有的,它有,一些酒店沒有的,它也有! 如煑食,刀,义,碗筷微波爐,洗碗碟機等等! 噢! "我看到有一個小盒子(機頂盒,可以看劇集),可是我沒有時間去使用! 需要去Rm815做check in! (這裡也是reception,也是可以寄存行李的)
