The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!

The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card.

The hotel and the location is very great. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free unlimited coffee and netflix when you have had enough sight seeing. There is also a gym along with a modern lobby area where one can do a quick checkout. Above everything the reception and the crew members are super helpful especially Julia. The breakfast spread was great too and with lot of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Konstanz and would like to revisit again in the future.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I felt misled by the hotel’s marketing. Apart from the room, almost nothing looked or felt the way it did in the photos. The lobby served as the reception area, breakfast room, bar, and staff hangout all at once. Overall, the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and considering the price, I was very disappointed. When we arrived, the receptionist spoke neither English nor German, which made communication difficult. The check-in process was also frustrating. It is one thing to offer self-check-in, but it is quite another to force guests to use it, even when they actively ask the staff for help.
