⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth & Enjoyable Stay!
Check-in was seamless thanks to the perfectly clear instructions. The unit (A-21-05) was clean, modern, and had a fantastic view from the 21st floor. All provided details—WiFi, parking, facilities—were accurate. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful. A very well-managed and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The only persistent problem with this apartment is the sewage smell coming from the toilet floor trap. However seemed this sewage smell is entire building from the sewage system, not isolated to the unit. The access card wasn't able to unlock level 4 car park which the destinated parking lot to park. Need carry all our luggages down one level by stairs. The plus are the beds are comfortable, the pillows are so clean which is a plus plus plus. The 55" was not working, and host quickly brought in a 32" for us, good efforts. Overall is a good stay. The host that communicate with me, Lisa was a great help to fix the issues and made many efforts to help us. The security at the car park entrance could be better trained and have someone that can communicate better in English.

Well equipped and convenient location
The apartment is about 10min walk from southkey mall - very convenient
There is an eating house just beside the apartment - no need to go hungry.
The 2 bedroom is just nice for the family of four.

A good place to crash for simple minded
Overall the place is good for one night crash with family after one whole day of shopping.
The master toilet was stench with urine smell despite we tried cleaning the area .

The accommodation is near to Mid Valley Mall. The grab fare is less than RM 10. The apartment is well maintained. Very clean. The bathroom water is powerful for a good shower.

Spacious apartment with air hockey! Host is responsive and overall very pleasant experience. The only downside was hot water dispenser not working, only able to dispense cold water.

Check-in/out time can be improved, 4pm is abit too late for check-in. And instruction was also sent late.l
Check-in process can also be improved, for 1st timer is abit complicated as we weren't know where the letter-box is located to picm-up the key. Security is tight too.
Room wise, beds are comfortable. Enough towels.

It was nice to be able to have grab delivered at 10:30pm. Aircon was also a very welcome benefit. We just had one night because we were transferring to Batam but it was great. 😊 Thank you.

Great location
The check-in instructions are clear and concise. The apartment is generally clean and in good condition, though there are some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom. Apart from that, the other rooms are well maintained. The location is great, within walking distance of Mid Valley Mall.

Maybe keep looking
Communication was a struggle as this primarily through a chatbot. Check in procedure was complex with codes and drop boxes. The apartment smelled like cigarettes. There is no soap or shampoo provided in the shower. The apartment actually looked unfinished with raw cables coming out of the wall. Good location though near mid valley mall.

Spacious but details are not so good.
Not sure why the owner doesnt take care of user experiences. The design of the house is good, but there are no chairs or a table, which makes it very difficult for us to have meals together.
Water pressure is terrible as well.

First time staying at this property. Check-in process is relatively self service and easy with instructions given ahead of time. Recommend to read through the instructions before check-in.
Had booked the comfort apartment that is 2 bedrooms initially and made a last min change to a 3 bedder family apartment. Refund was initially rejected but after several communications with the platform and the property, the property had kindly assisted to communicate their approval for my refund to the platform directly. Thank you Hari for the helpful assistance.
Had some issues with the WiFi on check-in day but managed to resolve it on the same night. The water heater in the master bedroom was not working properly.
Although the room can accommodate 8 pax with 3 queen bed and 2 futon beds, i recommend to keep it to 6 pax for max comfort.
Apartment is spacious, good for families traveling in groups. My mum was especially happy with the rocking chair.
