We really appreciated the ability to use the laundry room. We used it twice during our stay. The rooms were nice with a beautiful view from the balcony, but definitely could have been cleaner ahead of our check in.

The lack of communication with the property was terrible. We received the incorrect code and we had 3 days of trying to communicate with the property to no avail. As a consequence when we arrived we were left on the street for 3 hour before getting a code to enter. A pity as the property was a good price fir the location but will never use again

No staff at Vision Apartments, which puts you at a loss in case of a problem. Impossible to book the onsite parking in advance if you use rent-a-car. Experienced difficult and slow contact with custoner care. Impossible and absurd access to the underground parking. There were no clear information about the restrictions there /which we got just after we paid for it/ and no clear instructions for accessing the parking and all cars had a problem. The second day we were blocked together with 2 other cars and their owners in the underground parking without the possibility to go out because the lift for the cars didn't function and Vision apartments customer care and the lift technician didn't help. So we had to leave our car and use and pay for Uber, travelling around Lugano all day. In the evening we could get our car and being afraid to leave it in the underground parking again, we left it at a different parking. Despite the fact that we paid for 2 days in the Vision Apartments underground parking, we used it only for 1 day, which made us incur additional expenses for Uber and another parking. The apartment itself is actually a small room /nicely designed/ with a kitchenette and a small bathroom. But there is no space to leave your suitcase, no bedside table, no hangers in the bathroom, no shelves in the bathroom and we had to leave all our toiletries on the bathroom floor. Overall - design that catches the eye, but leaves you completely uncomfortable. Location is excellent.

Noisy Works on the accommdation ongoing at 7am, No hot water on arrival, then in middle of stay, received an 8nvoice for payment despite this having been made 2 weeks prior

As others have stated in their reviews this hotel is under construction and not finished. So be prepared for no parking, loud construction starting at 8am. Construction debris everywhere that my wife tripped on. When i called to ask for my pass code to get in the hotel the hotel representative was very rude, when i asked about parking he stated i was supposed to pay ahead of time, that wasn't an option. He suggested i pay the property manager, however there wasn't one when ask for the passcode to get in he said he would send it eventually then hung up on me. Stay away at some point this hotel could be decent but the construction workers said it would be another three months before it is finished. We got fed up with the hotel and the noise and booked another location for our second night.

Die Unterkunft hat meinen Erwartungen übertroffen. Top Zustand und schöne Einrichtung. Das Bett (1.40) und Zimmer ist eher klein gehalten, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend, vorallem ist die Lage gleich am See und in Fussnähe zum Zentrum. Ich hab noch zusätzlich (separat via Website) noch die integrierte Garage gebucht. Hier hat es einen PKW-Lift mit maximaler 2m Breite! Es gibt auch offene Parkplätze.
