There is no 24/7 reception in this place, just a guard that doesn’t speak English at all! He even didn’t know what does „check-out” mean xD however the property is clean and safe, the apartment was really nice and spacious. We didn;t use the rooftop as it was too cold.

The location is good. The street is walkable and near groceries stores, pharmacies, restaurants. The receptionist were helpful. The bed was large and the apartment is quiet spacious with 3 different TVs. However, the fridge is small and I like a big fridge. Also, there needs to be an air conditioning in the living room. For now, the air conditioning is only in the bed room. Other than that, everything else is good and I recommend !

It’s good but not luxury as advertised! At 306 CAN$ a night I expected more. The bed was really nice… pretty big apartment which I didn’t need as I was solo. The living carpet was dirt and needs to be changed. Also you could hear the neighbours. The staff was nice.

We loved the Location and the beautiful Patio. I have a couple of things that would make the experience even better. 1) Need better lighting in the bathroom. The vanity mirror needs a light so you can better do makeup and hair. The overhead lighting is not that great. 2) The floors were dirty. We had white socks on and the bottom after walking around the living room, bathroom and bedroom were dirty. I did not walk outside with my socks. 3) I would have extra bags for the toilet paper. Since you can't flush the paper we had to put dirty paper in the small trashcan. If we had more bags we could change it out. It also can get smelly. 4) I would also have some basic cleaning supplies. Helps to clean up an accidents or to make the place cleaner for a longer stay. Thank you for everything. We loved the space but just a couple things could help.

El personal fue muy amable principalmente Lupita, la ama de llaves, a pesar de que mi número de acceso no lo tenía, ella y los guardias me abrían cuando era necesario. El cuarto es muy cómodo y muy limpio. Sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar aquí.
