En arrivant j’ai la surprise de me retrouver dehors.. j appelle pas de réponse, je sonne pas de réponse. Je rappelle et ça y est Qqn répond. Je me trompe de portail de parking.. on m envoie les codes que j’étais sensée avoir reçu en amont (que je n ai pas reçu) bref chaotique et la chambre ben des traces suspectes sur la table de chevet de gras ou de vaseline?? Pas super propre et pas de savon comme promis.. bref c t juste une halte pour une hospitalisation en amont donc ..

Aucune informations par mail avant mon arrivée. Échange par téléphone pour connaître les codes d’accès et mon numéro de chambre. Les photos sur le site ne reflète pas du tout la réalité. Chambre de qualité médiocre, trace de peinture, tache au plafond, poussières, porte salle bain abimé etc…aucun personnel présent et de plus je ne comprend pas pourquoi paye 110€ de plus qu’un collègue qui a loué au même période pour la même durée !!!! A fuir

Une nuit simple et économique

Une nuit au calme malgre les wc qui font un peux de bruit chambre climatisé wc un peu rustique mais qui fais très bien le taf entre dans la douche un peu petite etant un peu corpulent sinon la chambre a fais le taf pour 1 nuit. Par contre super bonne communication au telephone. je reviendrais.

Please avoid yourself the pain

No one to welcome us or even get in the property. I was not communicated the codes to get in. Good thing someone who was exiting let me in. Never got the information to know which was my room and how to get the key. I had to find a cleaner to help me get my key because their ''autonomous checking-in'' is inefficient and communication is lacking.

Insatisfaction

Coupure électrique en fin de nuit qui a duré et nous a bloqués à l’intérieur du parking. Les deux numéros de portable de l’hôtelier étaient sur messagerie et nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour déverrouiller le portail pour ne pas rester bloqués pendant des heures. Malgré que nous ayons laissé des messages personne n’a eu la correction de nous rappeler,

Chambre mignonne, propre et fonctionnelle. Lit confortable. Petite salle de bain avec douche, wc et lavabo. Shampooing-gel douche et serviettes à disposition. Dans la chambre, pour le petit déjeuner : machine à café 2 capsules de café, sucre, touillettes, gobelets et sachets de tisane, bouilloire. Placard avec cintres. Le jour d arrivée, nous recevons un mail avec le code pour ouvrir le portail, et un autre code pour récupérer la clé de la chambre. Lieu calme. Nous y avons bien dormi.
