Very lovely stay. The apartments are decorated nicely and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again. The only complant was check in was 3 and our room wasnt ready till 430. And the doors to the bedroom and bathroom didnt close completely. Awesome place, great value.

Polanco is a great location, it’s safe and nice to walk around. The property itself is very clean and the staff is super helpful. Don’t get a room on the 16th floor if you have a baby stroller with you since the elevator only goes up to the 15th floor. One more con is that the AC unit is relatively low, which makes the fan blows air directly on you while you sleep so it’s not too comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Well located, nice / new / functional rooms. The staff is very friendly and they are 24/7 ready to help you any time. There are meterage parking spots just outside the building and the area is extremely safe (great for walking around ). I wen there my my wife and a daughter and both rooms were excellent
