Long wait time to check in due to bad card terminal Bathroom was found semi clean (stuff from previous guest were left behind) During check out we were told to fill out a review in front of the staff which made awkward to be honest with my review lol

El servicio muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El hotel es pequeño pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar tu día en la alberca o irte a la playa con tus toallas y sombrillas. Está cerca de restaurantes y comercios. La pasamos excelente

Todo estuvo increíble, muy amables siempre desde las chicas que están en la recepción del hotel, personal de Mtto y limpieza. Todo estuvo maravilloso si regresaremos a este hotel. Lo tiene todo para ser solo adultos pero es familiar en algunos momentos se escucharon los gritos de los niños en la madrugada aprox 1 am

Que gran decisión llegar a Marakame, sin duda un gran lugar, muy bonito y amplio, gran atención del personal y la habitación súper amplia y muy cómoda. SAN Pancho es un pueblito que se recorre a pie así que encontré gran variedad de restaurantes y tienditas. Me encantó su ubicación y la decoración. Muchas gracias y sin duda lo recomiendo!

El hotel nos dio una experiencia excepcional, cada rincón se ve súper cuidado en su diseño, su ubicación, todo está cerca, diseño super estético, me parece que es la opción más exclusiva de san Pancho, además relación precio - producto, vale la pena cada centavo, sin duda volveremos.

Su soft opening eterno muy malo…. Mala experiencia

En general una mala experiencia, llegas y te dicen que el hotel está en un soft opening que después costará 3 veces lo que te costó a ti ( creen que por eso deberás aguantar lo malo ) según llevan unas 3 semanas en este soft opening cosa que no es cierta leyendo varios comentarios … te dicen que es un hotel para adultos y no es así, aceptan niños; no hay TV en los cuartos, el ventilador de la recámara se prende solo, si el vecino usa su ventilador o prende su luz se prenderá el tuyo, no hay servicios como restaurante o algo así, ni siquiera una botella de agua, a las 7am empiezan a trabajar las 2 obras que están al lado, la recepciónista nos dijo que no trabajarían el fin de semana y no es así, trabajan sábado y domingo, en la habitación entran todos los ruidos exteriores. Al lado hay un restaurante, que pareciera que está dentro de tu cuarto pues todos los ruidos entran … no es recomendable
