It was very nice small 1 bedroom apartment. We had nice experience. Everything what I ask staff brought me right away. It was very close to art shows and Wynwood Wall. Next time when we will be in Miami we most likely will stay again in Renzzi Villas.

This apartment worked great for our family of three. We used it to recharge and sleep during most of our stay. We didn't spend too much time in the place, but the staff on hand were nice and helped as needed. Having parking was a plus, and although we didn't take advantage of the nearby shops, they are definitely accessible on foot, a few blocks away.

There was only one wash cloth in the entire place for 6 people. Coffee maker is a tiny 5 cup pot, and only one of the bedrooms had a tv. No tv in the living room area.

Renzzi Hospitality never disappoints!

My stay at Renzzi Villa in Miami was absolutely perfect! The check-in experience was fantastic and incredibly fast- they even provided me with the code several hours before my scheduled arrival, which made everything so easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the staff are truly amazing - warm, super helpful, and always ready to assist. I’ve stayed at several of their other locations, and each one keeps getting better and better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The place is conveniently located in an up and coming neighborhood. The apt was nice and quaint. The sofa was dirty and has suspicious stains. The bed wasn't comfortable and sagged in the middle. Definitely time for a new one. They didn't have any comforters or blankets, only a simple bed sheet. The most annoying part was the family of roosters that made noise all night long. I couldn't sleep at all. The staff is very nice and attentive.

I do not recommend staying at this apartment. There is no comforter or covers for the bed you are literally laying on 1 flat SHEET. They only provide 1 wash cloth. I called several times the night we first checked in and got no answer until the next day at 4pm just to be told that housekeeping is done for today yet they NEVER came to check for us or return any calls or messages. I was given a code to go check another room for comforters and wash cloth and same situation NO COMFORTER AND ONE WASH CLOTH. The communication is horrible I would never stay here again it is not worth the money they are advertising it for and I have pictures and text messages to prove these allegations so don’t comment on my post!

The sofa was filthy. The A/C unit wasnt working and they didn't take my request to fix it or help seriously. I had to leave and go somewhere else for the night.Then when I came back for the new unit that they were replacing it with.It was completely under construction with drop cloths and drywall everywhere. And then when I called to tell them that I didn't want to stay at this property anymore , because I didn't want to be let down more on my vacation , they had me standing outside , waiting to hear back and forth on expedia , I didn't even wanna deal with me.

We killed 15 cockroaches and coctacted them all five days and they sent someone who did nothing about ti. Fridge did not work and two bedrooms had no electricity.

This is definitely a mixed-bag review. Our first impression was that the stay was going to be a nightmare, but it actually turned out to be pretty decent. It seems like this property is relatively new to the hotel scene. There were several items missing in the room—such as a microwave, iron, and even soap for the shower—which should be standard when hosting guests. However, when I called to request them, the staff responded quickly and brought everything right away. So again, mixed feelings. The surrounding area really needs improvement. I personally felt fine, but it’s not somewhere I would feel comfortable bringing my spouse. It’s close to Midtown, which is a great area, but the specific location of the building could become a long-term issue unless the neighborhood develops more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely a number of things that need improvement.
