Excellent location with easy access to trains, shopping, and limo bus to the airport. Washer/dryer combo in the room was a huge plus. Late checkout was easy and luggage storage was so convenient.

The room was immaculately clean. While small, it provided the space needed for my family of five and helped us adjust to smaller spaces in Japan. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city with nearby restaurants, 7-11, and a small grocery store. There is also a close train station. The front desk staff were wonderful. We would be totally happy booking again.

It is near to the bus terminal where you can board for Haneda or Narita. Very convenient, also near to the subway. It is on a quiet street. The building is very new and clean. The room and furnishings are modern and new. The washing machine is helpful for a family. I would consider it spacious by Tokyo standards. It is a self check in aparthotel, but there are staff around on the premises if you need assistance.

Minn Nihonbashi Suitengumae is located next to the Tokyo City Air terminal, which has a direct bus line to Haneda airport. This made transportation to and from the airport simple. It's also central to many of the popular attractions in Tokyo which allowed for easy travel. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The shower reminded us of a private spa. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect hotel for us to wind down our time in Japan. The room was wonderful as it had a seating area for us to relax and the beds -2 bunks and 2 queens fit our entire group very comfortably. The convenience to public transport was incredibly easy, though we preferred to walk to most all of the sites we wanted to see. It was a great location to see so many parts of the city! Would highly recommend.

Everything was lovely about the place and location, just a 5 min walk to a train station and T-CAT. We appreciated the washer dryer combo in the room and the separated 5 beds in the living space. The beds, however, were uncomfortable, very firm. We woke with stiff backs daily. They have a great luggage storage area for the time between check out and your flight home. We were a family of 5, including 2 teens, a 67 year old and 47 year olds.

The room was nice and spacious for a family of 4 with younger kids. But, the beds and pillows were soooooo uncomfortable. The pillows had pills in them and were very hard. The beds were thin mattress, not even futons. The neighborhood was very quiet and residential far removed from the hustles and bustle of Tokyo. As cheap taxi ride away from Ginza or Asakusa.

Room was fine. We had difficulty filling in the online checkin at reception on our cellphones and the staff kept persisting that we had to complete it rather than just checking us in which would have been much quicker. Seems ridiculous that you need to fill in all the same details that are completed when you book the room on expedia. We stayed in numerous hotels during our trip to Japan and we found the cell phone check in ridiculous and so time consuming considering.
