Great location!

Pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the suites. The only downside is that there were no TV in the living room when having our dinner at the dining area. Dissapointing.... not like other suites where they have additional TVs in the living/dining room.

Unhappy Stay

It was stated that 1 bedroom premium suite has bathtub but when we checked in there wasnt any. Reception claimed that only 3 bedroom suite has bathtub. We felt so cheated about our money and the dishonesty of both hotels.com and suasana suites itself. Be careful when booking with this hotel guys.

This place is worn and outdated. Alot of small ants/bugs in the apartment. When I let them know they sent housekeeping who came with a towel and swiped them away. Not very helpful. I even found them in my suitcase which wasn't even on the floor. We clogged one of the toilets, and were told it was because we had thrown toiletpaper in the bowl. Noone had told us not to. Every other place we staied in Malaysia we asked, and they told us that we could throw toiletpaper in the bowl, so I'm not sure if this was the actual reason.

This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend. Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious.

2020農曆新年入住5個晚上。因為凌晨1時才到酒店，預先跟酒店方面溝通check in的問題，回覆得很快，作出很好的安排！ 我們一家5口訂了3bedroom suite, 空間非常大，有3 bathroom。從露台看到吉隆坡塔，晚上看五顏六色的燈更漂亮！廚房用具基本齊備，若有削皮器便完美了。床上用品舒適，地方整潔，員工有禮。 樓下有cafe，toast, 咖啡奶茶很不錯，可以一試！另有一間小雜貨店，如果缺少油鹽糖罐頭泡麵什麼的，都可以買到，價錢合理。 早晨款式不多，但很新鮮，還可以點現煮的炒蛋煎蛋！ 因為我們都是用Grab出入，所以雖然附近有冇東西逛但影響不大。 今次整體入住感覺良好，很推薦一家大細入住！！u won't regret your money! :)
