Great location, clean place and the staff were nice when you called for help getting the keys from across the street was confusing and you have to watch videos on how to use the equipment in the kitchen but overall they are very helpful. Very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

First, I was sent en email with a video , describing a multiple location and step process to get access to the unit. The instructional video sent me to a non existent address and after three phone calls trying to figure out how to get the keys, I was finally directed to an unmarked doorway in an alley. It took over 45 minutes to gain access. When at the building , the instruction said to use key for entrance, but in fact it was fob entry on the wall that some annoyed building tenant showed us after more failed attempts to use the key (as instructed). When finally in the unit, we were disappoint to see it looked nothing like the photos, has a lot of damage to flooring, circa 1980 furniture and decor . This is not a luxury unit as advertised. There is a ton of street noise and this apartment faces an alley. On the other side of the alley - 100 feet or less from single-pane bedroom windows, the building is under major construction - and work starts at 6 AM. Crashing, hammering, jackhammers, all Of it starts before sunrise. Then at night, the alley turns into a meeting point for local thugs who spend all night yelling , screaming, and fighting. Again - right outside the bedroom windows. Although it’s quite a show, not really conducive to resting after a long day of sightseeing. the property refused to either move me or refund me - despite the poor state of repair of the unit and the lack of transparency about the construction noise. Don’t be fooled by filtered photos.

Lägenheten var ren men golvplankorna var slitna i vardagsrummet och plastplattorna i badrummet var i dåligt skick. Utlämningen av nycklarna var inte så smidig heller. Byggnaden hade väldigt starka dofter av sopor och fukt. Men läget var bra för att promenera till flera olika destinationer. Sängarna var bekväma. Lägenheten låg centralt med mycket ljud och dåligt isolerade fönster.
