The property was simple and clean. My room about halfway along, and was directly facing the Marina entry gate. The view was spectacular. There is nothing that I didn't like about the property, except there were no english speaking channels on the TV. It didn't matter because I spent most of my time sitting outside watching the boats and swimming, and I also had my laptop with me. Everyone was wonderful to me, from the front desk the serving staff and the security. It is not a place for an action packed holiday. it's definitely a place to recharge your batteries. The food was simple and freshly prepared. Any problems I had (wifi connection, broken safe) were sorted out immediately. I was made to feel very very welcome and was greeted warmly by all members of staff. I will definitely return.

Nice Place! But take note of the area!

Krabi Boat lagoon is a 20 mins drive from Krabi airport. You wouldn't be able to get the local taxis which only cost 150 baht to areas like Ao Nang. Instead, you will have to hire a private taxi which is 600 baht one way. The hotel can book your return to the airport at the same price. (It would be great if the lagoon provides free transfer). The lagoon is deserted so what we did was ask our driver to stop my a 7 eleven which is equivalent to a department store. There are 2 restaurants in the compound, not much of a variety but good food. Breakfast is provided. (standard American breakfast.) You can't order in from the local food deliveries as well (ex. pizza hut, 1112). The place is good, breezy in December, quiet, and relaxing. You can hire boats to bring you for sea rides although this may be costly, you should check as we didn't. The view is decent, and couples or even families will find it great. Families may hire the boat, or swim in the swimming pool.

Clean and new.

This place was really nicely landscaped and very clean the little condo or rooms you stay in are separate from each other and smelled new. The beds were softer than any other beds we stayed in throughout our trip. The on,y drawback was how far it was from the Krabi pier. The cab driver charged us 700 baht. Which was equal to about $27 Canadian but the drive in the morning to the airport cost only $500 baht.
