Fantastic view and great stay!!

Pleasant and serene environment. Fantastic view from our room. They accommodated our requests as much as possible. Amenities were great and layout of room was very user-friendly.

The hotel is basically a apartment rental. Room we booked was the white room. When we checked in we were told a list of Don’ts. Thus we stayed 2 nights not at ease, cos we needed to be mindful not to spoil scratch their furniture. The furniture and fixtures were not very friendly for a short stay guest, badly need countertop and hooks, rails in the bathroom. Room always felt overly damp and aircon don’t circulate ventilate well. Again, no soundproofing.

Wonderful

The hotel reached out to us upon making the booking to check what time we were arriving, and it was accommodating to arrange for someone to check us in after 8pm. Our family of 4 stayed in the quadruple room and it was wonderfully spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of windows for ventilation so we felt no need to turn on the air-conditioner. The washing machine and balcony space allowed us to do some laundry. There are 3 restaurants nearby but we only managed to visit Papaiya - remember to mention that you are staying at Wisteria for a 10% discount. The food was great! Walking distance of about 10 to 15 minutes to Churaimi Aquarium. All in all a wonderful place to stay at.

Good stay with a good restaurant beside

Beautiful scenery from Balcony, humongous and clean room and bathroom. There is a round dining table and 4 chairs. Perfect for a family staycation. The setback is that there is no convenient store nearby. The closest is at Churaumi Aquarium, ie. about 1km away. The reception also did not inform us of the tie up with Papaiya Restaurant right beside it. We only found the 10% discount information when we open the drawer after 2 dinner of more than ¥10000 which is quite a waste. Papaiya serves good food!

The location is close to the Aquarium with the massive whale shark and the Dream Place with an amazing diplay of orchids. Without a car, it's kind of far from eats but we became regulars at the Family Mart.

チェックインが早すぎる。しかも当日気付いたせいで、その後の予定は無しになりました。19:00までは早すぎる。フロントの方は19時を少し超えてしまったが、残っていて下さった。電話の時もとても丁寧で優しく、すごく良かったです。後他の口コミにもあるように、海が近いせいか、床とか机の上がベタベタしていた。

愉快且美麗的住宿體驗

很高興在離水族館很近的地方有舒適的住宿，空間很大，浴廁及廚房都很乾淨，並且提供除濕機讓空間更為舒服。整體傢俱佈置走較傳統風格，但不影響住宿體驗。 陽台的海景非常漂亮，也謝謝給我小孩提供堅固的嬰兒圍欄及澡盆設備，工作人員溝通相當清楚 非常愉快的住宿體驗！

のんびりゆっくりとできて、とても良かったです。ただ、那覇空港からは遠いので、アクセス次第で1日潰れます。私は飛行機が1時間遅延になり、乗ろうと思っていたバスに乗れず、待ち時間が長くて、着いたのは、19時前でした。 もし1泊くらいで、行かれるのでしたらもう少し空港から近い所をお勧めします。 連泊されるのでしたら、ゆっくりできるので良いと思います。 それから、お部屋も広くてとても良かったのですが、メイク用の照明がなかったので、メイクが少ししずらかったです。それを除けば、問題ありません。

とても残念

スタッフの方はとても感じが良かったのですが、施設の老朽化が残念でした。外観と部屋の内部はキレイにリノベーションされているのですが、玄関ドアがとても閉まりにくい。引っ張りながらガガガガガと音をさせて閉める。開けるときはスムーズ。ベランダの網戸がガッタガタやっと閉めても斜めになって上部が空いている。キッチンに小さいアリがおり、殺虫剤をお渡ししましょうか?と言われいつもの事なんだなと思った。12月でこれでは暑い時期が思いやられる。
