This building is a treasure! I love the effort to maintain the period feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the speak easy game room and the rooftop deck was a nice place to relax in the breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!

What was different about this hotel vs others is the full complement of amenities. It came with a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave oben, a glass-top cook top, and actual dishes and pots and pans. .

The check in at the desk was different. But ended up being okay. The hotel room was for the most part clean. When we first arrived we found the kitchen did not seem to have been swept. Also there were no trash bags for the trash can. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

A/C in room was broken during our stay, check in/out process went smoothly except you need a code at the front door past 6:30pm. My door code was in my check in envelope on the front desk so I’m think figure out a way to upload that to Expedia or send an automated message?
