I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation. They especially loved the beautiful view of the city from the apartment, which made their stay even more memorable. They also coordinated the airport transportation, which made both arrival and departure completely seamless. A special thank you to Nohemi, who was exceptionally kind and communicative. She went above and beyond to assist us, even quickly helping us find a photographer for our family. We truly appreciated how promptly she responded and her genuine willingness to help. We are grateful for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service throughout their stay. I highly recommend Residencial Cristina to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place in a great location with hosts who truly care about their guests.
