Super!

We were a family of four stopping through to enjoy Oregon wine country. The flats are in a great place to enjoy McMinnville’s historic downtown district and provide short drives to many wineries in the area. The staff is great and can arrange transport for wine visits if needed. The space is great and homes come fully equipped. Enjoy!

This property was a hidden gem for us. I had made last minute plans and wasn’t expecting to find somewhere as nice as this. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff was very attentive and were only a text away if we had questions. As for McMinville, what a great little town to explore. We will be coming back.

It’s nice this is in a very walkable area but there were screaming homeless people well into the night and little concern from property management. For this price I’d expect designated parking and ensuring that the area around the building remains safe.

This flat was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small with no counter space. The shower is small, but had great water pressure. The bathroom sink was not draining well, but we made it work. There are a few homeless people who live on the street. One morning we walked past someone sleeping in front of a storefront and this same person was often seen wandering the streets and yelling profanity at an imaginary person. They did not bother us other than one of the people asking us to buy them a drink.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Flat was well appointed down to every detail, great place to relax and plan the day in the AM, or wind down in the PM. Perfect location for all the great restaurants and wine bars in the area. Will definitely return!

Converted top floor1893 bldg into 4 Apts Very comfortable. 3rd street is historic retail/restaurant corridor easy walkable area. Ability to cook meals if so inclined. No elevator so must be able to climb stairs to access.

Stay was amazing. However, check-in was just a bit confusing due to the cold and rain. Call first, arrive at the hotel, then receive instructions to the property a few blocks down the street. It would have been helpful to say the entrance was on the side street. Had it not been pouring rain, I probably wouldn't have cared.

Space was laid out nicely and accommodates multiple people so much more comfortably than a hotel room The floors were very creaky, both in our unit and the unit above. Both mornings we were woken at 6-630am by the continual movements of the unit above us. Normal movements, surely, but due to the floors being so creaky our mornings started too early.

Just stayed three nights in the Fourth Flat and it truly is a gem. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest as it has a full dining room and large kitchen as well as the gorgeous living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well-outfitted for those wanting to cook. The living room is the star of the show and truly old-world chic. The high windows look out onto leafy trees and the main street; the room is bright and airy—I wished I lived there. The king bed in the bedroom is very comfy. It is true that the bathroom is tiny; this did not bother us because we’ve lived in Europe and are used to small bathrooms. And there is some noise from the bar below; it closes by 9 or 10 though. One night there were some loud cars and trucks going by; otherwise quiet. We were there on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. There are lots of great restaurants nearby—La Rambla, our favorite, is just downstairs.

Lovely apartment in an old building. We did not like the long climb up the very narrow, shallow stairs. The place was also very musty smelling and we felt very congested when in the unit.

Lovely 3rd Street Flat

Loved the 3rd Street Flats. The room was clean, unique, spacious, and convenient, and included a kitchen. As noted in other reviews, street noise could be a disruption. Workers in McMinnville seem to start early! Trash pickup and street cleaning at 5 am. But the location was worth it.

Unique, great location. Loved this little town. Loved the excellent bottle of wine and fantastic chocolates -what a bonus! Much appreciated after a long drive. We felt like this was a place you could call home-unique design and furnishings so we didn’t feel like we were in a hotel. Great change!
