It was an amazing stay at this property, "Rainbow Suites At Times Square". The location was great. The swimming pool was on level 15th which was very big. There was a big shopping mall in the middle of the hotel. The host was so amiable.

It was an amazing well lit apartment along with ample space for the guests. There was warm water available 24 hours. I would recommend everyone to stay here as it is just walking distance away from main attractions.

Had a quality time with family. Swimming Pool and shopping mall were very nearby. My kids, they loved the environment and surroundings. Staffs were helpful, provided everything we needed and wanted. Thanks a lot for that. Full marks for that 💯 Recommended.

Pool was great but lacked clear direction as the main pool said "Adults Only" yet my 10 year old and 12 year old said the other pools were to shallow for them, like toddler pools. When we asked about the "Adults Only" they said the kids could go on and was only for smaller children as pool is 4ft deep so if they are taller then they can use Adult Pool. Shopping centre attacked too accommodation was not lacking a single thing.... you name it they had it... so did many males within walking distance.

Very busy staff confused no organisation poor young man who had to attend to many unsatisfied guests he was trying to take in work load Room very musty after leaving AC on and opening all cupboard doors was ok spacious and located in side huge shopping mall location room old but stylish good size good hot water Good except check in experience maybe be prepared to wait for room

Check in process was a hassle. Normally one would go to a reception desk and check in. At Rainbow Suites, the security guard would have to summon one of the agents to come meet you in the lobby and check you in your room. The agent takes a while to get to the lobby. The room is spacious almost like an apartment with all amenities but it needs upgrade. The view from room was spectacular though.

Don't know who to contact when we reach lobby. We have to ask around and waited for 5hrs. The room is poorly maintained with bath tub abit chipped. The oven has foul smell. Cleanliness overall ok.

Start with the good points. Location is good. Check in horrible. Reception at East tower don’t know my booking. Waited awhile before check in was facilitated at 3 am. Then had to pay 110 MYR for the keypass and added 30 MYR for whatever tax which would be mentioned on the website. Hotel cleanliness was not good. Baby cockroaches in the room. Got beaten on my left eyelid. Water leaked on the floor bathroom. Musty smell, but host was helpful enough.

Dirtiest hotel ever

The worst hotel ive ever booked, i entered the rroom and it was smelly so i left even after paying for 2 days. Had to book another hotel. The bedsheet which was supposed to be white was browning because it was not washed for long. The sofa was covered with a horribly dirty patchy cloth. The entire room was smelly and unclean.

As we entered we had to wait more than 2 hours for the agent we didn't know existed. The place and lobby to the room was so stinky and the room even worse. It looked like the sheets had someone slept on the bed just before us. It had a strong pee smell on the carpets. We could not stay there at all. We booked another place by the afternoon and left. We did not get any refubd back at all too. Please be careful when booking these places as none of the pictures were real on the website.

Booking was not valid when my family got there, one of them said they longer have listing with Expedia, tried calling the phone stated on the booking, take few times before someone picked up. And refund process from Expedia was terrible, i have to keep calling back 5-6 times before i finally get my refund. Everytime i called, all the agents keep telling me they will contact the owner and asked me to call back the next day to follow..they did not managed to contact the owner and they still keep this listing on their website..

Je vous déconseille d’y séjourner .Gros manque de professionnalisme,manque de respect ,et aussi escrot . Nous avons réserver une chambre avec 1 grand lit ainsi que 3 lit simple .Une fois arriver la chambre ne correspond pas dutout le concierge me dit avec un grand sourire t’es pas content tu annule sachant que l’annulation n’est pas gratuite trop facile . Il nous sous classe et en plus il me demande de payer un supplément pour obtenir la chambre de départ .Les hôtel ne sont plus diriger par des malais donc optique argent argent deposit deposit cela n’était pas le cas avant .Je vous conseille de séjourner ailleurs .

Not what we expected

We arrived at our first accommodation in Kuala Lumpur with our 2 young children to find it had been cancelled while we were in flight, so after 2 hours on the phone to hotels.com we had to be relocated to this hotel. Who also did not have room for us. The agent very kindly found us a space in another hotel around the corner, which was not the standard I would expect but we were grateful for a roof over our heads. The next day we got the keys to this place. I had no idea that we were booking accommodation more like Airbnb does and these were not actual hotels but rather serviced apartments in a building that also has a hotel. We had access to the facilities of the hotel which was great but we also could not buy drinks at the pool without cash as we couldn’t charge anything to our room, we also had to ring the agent to check in (more expense on our phone) as the hotel check in is separate. I can’t fault the service we received from the agent and the hotels.com staff but I won’t be booking again with hotels.com
