Kitchen was fully equipped although we did not use it. We were pleasently surprised with the washer and dryer in the unit. We had a small patio facing the strip and a huge patio facing the mountains which we didnt expect. Awsome place

Everything was great. Bed was very comfortable and the view was awesome. I do wish the balcony was open. The shower was great, lots of pressure but there was a piece of trim that was loose. Not a problem at all, just needs a little attention. I was super comfortable.

This property was really nice. We traveled with teenagers and it worked for us. We liked that we had a decent kitchen to use and the staff was great. The pool was ok but not exactly what we were looking for on vacation.

Great Stay!

We visited for a birthday trip and Palms was amazing! It's off the strip but super close to it. The room was awesome and the staff was nice. We got lost a few times but by day 2 we had it figured out. Loved the pools! Even the smaller pool was a great vibe.
