AMAZING! Beautiful property. Pine trees and a little creek to enjoy from the deck or walk through. Inside is tastefully decorated, cozy, peacful, and very clean. Minutes from shopping and Rocky Mountain National Park. This sounds like an ad, but we enjoyed staying here that much! We can't wait to go back!

The condo was impeccably clean. It has all the kitchen gear necessary. BBQ on the back deck with the sound of the river melts away stress. It’s a very comfortable space near Rocky Mountain NP. We will return in the future!

This property was beautiful, and was exactly enough room for our family. It was close to everything one would want to do in Estes Park. It was easy to get to. It was very clean and comfortable. I would call it luxurious. Beds were super comfortable, furniture was super comfortable. The Master bedroom was just what we needed after lights out.

I would rate this property a 10 stars if it was possible, the welcome at the check in was nice , the location is top , the property itself is clean well kept and could not be better situated, my grandson was sick on the day we had to check out and the whole staff was very understanding and let us stay well beyond check out time until he felt good enough for us to hit the road, the lake in the backyard made my 8 year old grandson’s vacation !! Did i mention that the location is prime ?? Highly recommend this property and i will definitely come back again and again

One of the Best

Such a nice condo, right on the creek, with a deck and our own picnic table! The gas fire place inside was a very nice touch being one morning it was 38 outside. Cinnamon's is right up the hill. We're all outdoors enthusiasts so it was a nice walk to town. Enjoyed watching the wild turkeys! We live in Colorado and have been visiting Estes Park at least once a year. We'll be sure to stay at RuverWood again.

Property was beautiful. Nice big kitchen with all the utensils we would need. Big refrigerator. Living area was very comfortable with a big table we used for meals and making puzzles. Two large bedrooms with comfy king size beds, and lovely bathrooms. The place was very clean and seemed to have brand new carpet. The outside was my favorite part. Beautiful private area right by the river with lots of chairs so we could sit out and have coffee and read books. Folks working at the front desk were very helpful and told us places to hike. Will definitely return next year!

Property is absolutely serene and private. All you hear is the wind whistling through the trees. Tried contacting office at 420pm because we love it so much we were going to request a later checkout at 12pm. Did not receive a call back but hopeful they get our message. Our two bedroom condo was very close to perfect and the location, on the Fall River halfway between Estes Park and RMNP was excellent. The condo did not lack for anything, except that the toaster did not seem to work. The office replaced or fixed it almost immediately.

This was a very nice, comfortable and in a great location. Besides the river out back there are no other property amenities. The unit had very limited plugs for chargers, fans, etc. we we also not aware the unit did not have an air conditioner for the very warm days. In other units we have rented there are usually some kitchen necessities like oil, seasonings, etc. A little personal touch would have been nice. Everything was very basic but provided us everything we needed.
