Logement agréable proche du lac et de la ville. Accueil très sympathique. Je regrette qu il faille payer 7 euros pour 1 éponge et 1 torchon, éléments indispensables dans un logement. Par ailleurs devoir attendre 17 h pour pouvoir disposer du logement n est pas top

Emplacement excellent tout prêt du centre ville . La résidence est calme . Impossibilité de garer la voiture car 15 places pour au moins 40 appartements . L’heure du Check in 17 h et l’heure du Check out 10 h du matin sont vraiment exagérées . Au final on réserve 3 jours et on profite de deux . Il manque des choses basiques comme un torchon , un peu de liquide vaisselle , une éponge . C’est le minimum . Tout est en prix additionnel . Literie de très bonne qualité résidence calme et propre

L'accueil, qui se fait à l'Hotel du Parc tout proche, a été trés courtois et bienveillant. Il y a un digicode pour pénétrer sur le parking de la résidence, un autre pour ouvrir le hall d'entrée et un dernier pour ouvrir l'appartement. Si vous arrivez tard le soir, n'hésitez pas à faire le tour de la résidence pour stationner car '"les places de parking sont chères"'; surtout si la moitié des résidents sont mal garés !! l'appartement qui nous a été attribué était orienté Est et c'est agréable pour le petit déjeuner du matin. La cuisine et son équipement sont suffisants pour la dinette du soir et la literie est trés confortable. L'appartement était trés propre. La résidence est bien placée entre le lac marin et le centre ville bien pourvu en bars, restaurants et commerces touristiques divers. L'Office de Tourisme n'est pas loin non plus et une visite s'y impose pour avoir le maximum d'informations sur la ville et ses environs.

El tfno proporcionado y con el que piden que te pongas en contacto 24 hs antes no coge nadie...fuimos al Hotel que vimos se llamaba igual a preguntar puesto que no hay recepción en el edificio. y por casualidad acertamos pero si no la verdad es que no responden al tfno y es un problema importante. El aparcamiento no está controlado y no encontramos lugar para nuestro coche. Por lo demás y una vez que conozco el procedimiento volvería

Personnel d’accueil désagréable, désobligeant, hautain. Parking protégé plein. ATTENTION / VIGILANCE : Il est indiqué dans l’annonce que le ménage est inclu mais c’est faux, si vous ne le faites pas avant de partir, il vous sera facturé 50€. Passer une nuit et devoir faire le ménage… je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
