I liked the clean, beachy and cozy feel and vibes of the whole place. The best part is we got end unit (unit 1506) with huge 2 side windows and ocean front with balcony. Giving us a 180 degree view of the ocean and the city! Our family enjoyed the place very much!♥️ we definitely come back again

We loved it.

It was a wonderful get away. The room was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed that the balcony looked out over the ocean. I think the room could have been better arranged, but it was really nice.

The codes changed and were never communicated. We had to call three times to get a new code to either the building or the room. We had 7 people in a room and towels are not refreshed. Yes is stated once you check in but I was never told of this before booking. Who wants to use the same towel for five days! The ceiling was leaking there is mold on the bathroom. From the lack of airflow. It's def a safe and older building great location easy to get to places. Everything was clean you can tell it's just very old and in need of a few repairs.

The room was not clean I even found bacon as I was sweeping and we don’t eat pork, I was iffy about sleeping on the bed or sitting on the sofa. Walls was falling apart.

mislead title

i booked this room because my wife wanted an ocean front room with a view. it was ocean front but the only view we had was a wall unless you styod up on something. i could have saved a bunch of money with a regular room.so the title mislead us to believe it was ocean view ocean front

Parking was uncomfortable, We reserve a room with 2 full beds, A Murphy bed an a sofa bed and when we get to the room, There was no sofa bed, Besides that when we get to the room, The living room floor was wet because of the A/C and the roof was leaking on the room area and living room area too, The place was pretty and everything but the room was having a few problems

Property was in a great area / location with easy access to shopping and restaurants . The room was a lot more dated than the pictures reflected , blinds were broken and couldn’t be raised , the furniture in living area was either in poor condition , low quality and veneer peeling or comfortable (couch) but off white and stained and balcony view was huge disappointment as you were just looking at rooftop and tips of palm trees - pics disguised this well . Stairway was filthy and smelled - which we had to take vs waiting for elevator a lot of the time . Pool area and Lounge chairs in grass area facing the ocean were nice and areas were always clean

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! I couldn’t stay 5 minutes. It was giving crack house. Don’t say I didn’t tell you. I’m not even mad they didn’t give me a refund. I stayed 2 minutes and. Knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep here. I got cursed opt at the front door by someone. A full ice cream was stuck in the elevator… causing my luggage to be nasty. It smelled like pee everywhere even in the parking lot. I have used Expedia many of times and honestly I didn’t know they would allow this type of vendor representation. I will be more careful!!! I went to the Mariott and they gave me a. Upgraded room free of charge. I cut my trip short of 2 days and just came home. This was by far the worst trip of my life.

The check in time is 4 PM . When we reached at 4PM they just started the cleaning. I had to wait for 40 mins to get the condo. I called Hosteeva help desk about this issue and they promised me a call back , but neve did. The overall condition of this condo is very bad.

I saw a lot of bad reviews for this place so I was hesitant on booking but the room I stayed in was amazing. The view was spectacular and I would come back in a heartbeat. I recommend the 15th floor corner room

The room looked nothing like the photos depicted on Expedia. The furniture was dated and nasty. The smell of vomit was prevalent. The couch was stained and gross. The balcony view was great. Location in relation to the beach and attractions was excellent. Renovate the room and it would be an excellent property.

Used Hosteeva for my first family vacation. The view, the cleanliness, the ease of check-in, the Price, were all exceptional. My friends thought I spent way more than i actually did. Lol I definitely recommend for the family getaway.
