I liked the clean, beachy and cozy feel and vibes of the whole place. The best part is we got end unit (unit 1506) with huge 2 side windows and ocean front with balcony. Giving us a 180 degree view of the ocean and the city! Our family enjoyed the place very much!♥️ we definitely come back again

We loved it.

It was a wonderful get away. The room was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed that the balcony looked out over the ocean. I think the room could have been better arranged, but it was really nice.

i booked this room because my wife wanted an ocean front room with a view. it was ocean front but the only view we had was a wall unless you styod up on something. i could have saved a bunch of money with a regular room.so the title mislead us to believe it was ocean view ocean front

Parking was uncomfortable, We reserve a room with 2 full beds, A Murphy bed an a sofa bed and when we get to the room, There was no sofa bed, Besides that when we get to the room, The living room floor was wet because of the A/C and the roof was leaking on the room area and living room area too, The place was pretty and everything but the room was having a few problems

Property was in a great area / location with easy access to shopping and restaurants . The room was a lot more dated than the pictures reflected , blinds were broken and couldn’t be raised , the furniture in living area was either in poor condition , low quality and veneer peeling or comfortable (couch) but off white and stained and balcony view was huge disappointment as you were just looking at rooftop and tips of palm trees - pics disguised this well . Stairway was filthy and smelled - which we had to take vs waiting for elevator a lot of the time . Pool area and Lounge chairs in grass area facing the ocean were nice and areas were always clean

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! I couldn’t stay 5 minutes. It was giving crack house. Don’t say I didn’t tell you. I’m not even mad they didn’t give me a refund. I stayed 2 minutes and. Knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep here. I got cursed opt at the front door by someone. A full ice cream was stuck in the elevator… causing my luggage to be nasty. It smelled like pee everywhere even in the parking lot. I have used Expedia many of times and honestly I didn’t know they would allow this type of vendor representation. I will be more careful!!! I went to the Mariott and they gave me a. Upgraded room free of charge. I cut my trip short of 2 days and just came home. This was by far the worst trip of my life.

The check in time is 4 PM . When we reached at 4PM they just started the cleaning. I had to wait for 40 mins to get the condo. I called Hosteeva help desk about this issue and they promised me a call back , but neve did. The overall condition of this condo is very bad.
