My husband and I ejoyed two nights in "The Stable," a quaint and comfortable one bedroom apartment. The host and hostess were awesome and their property was picturesque. It's a perfect place for a getaway.

Very clean, comfortable accommodation. Hosts very helpful and friendly, lovely welcome hamper waiting for us even though we booked last minute. Kids loved the table tennis table. Lovely walking trails

Self Catering... so no option for breakfast.

Did not realize it was self catering when i made the booking, so no option for breakfast. Otherwise a good place to stay. I'd love to have had time to check out the numerous walks and treks on offer.

My son and I spent three nights here and it was incredible. We stayed in the "Stables", nice comfy beds, fab bath and capable kitchen area. Everything was spotless...and well, the estate is just pure magic! The lake, the horses, the cows and the peacocks added to the ambience. The classic carriages housed in the adjacent building really add to the wonderful historic feel of the property. And Colleen Lowery is absolutely the most wonderful hostess in the world...Amazing!!!!!!
