Absolutely fantastic apartment. Clean, spacious, and a wonderful and very informative host. Juan contacted us right after we landed and we kept him abreast of our progress (which was extremely slow because the Argentinian immigration took about 45 minutes). The apartment was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was well equipped for foreign visitors. USB outlets on both sides of the bed, universal outlets in the living room. We'd highly recommend this apartment and should we ever come back, we certainly would stay at Marin again.

Good place to stay for a family in Puerto Iguazú.

It was a quiet location, but walking distance to a lot of places. It was nice having a kitchen and it was great for our family because there were 3 bedrooms.

Nicolas was extremely helpful and the apartment was great with the exception of the traffic noise which went on till the early morning and started just before sunrise. Obviously there was nothing that could be done about the noise but if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs!

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Location couldn’t be better, just off a Main Street, very walkable. Host met me to check in and was incredibly helpful. Apartment is a little run down but perfectly comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great apartment and host

Apartment was very well equipped and perfect for a 2 day trip to see the falls. Juan, the host, was excellent - gave us a really good overview at check in and was attentive throughout our stay. He also gave us late check out at no extra cost. Location is 5 min walk from bus station.

The perfect stay in Iguazu!

An amazing stay at one of the best private condos I have ever visited. Perfect location. Juan is one of the friendliest hosts I have ever dealt with. Great communication and advice. Condo is exactly as shown. Great wifi. Hot water. Location is perfect. Do not hesitate on booking here. If I could give it a 20 star rating I would! PS I am not easily impressed but was blown away by the whole stay!

The property is more of an apartment than a hotel, so no hotel amenities. The room (living room and bedroom) was clean, the manager (or owner) Juan was nice and very helpful. I think it's a decent value for the price, but be aware that there's no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom (just the shower). It's on a business street with stores below.

This comfortable apartment is an excellent value. The bedroom appeared to have been recently renovated and had a very comfortable king bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom allowed for restful sleeps even with 37C days during our stay. We didn’t use the televisions but there were two, in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped although our stay was too short to do our own cooking other than coffee in the morning. The bathroom was fine although is not up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy. We were met at arrival by Juan Pablo who was a wonderful host that took time to advise us about the apartment, town, attractions and transportation. He helped us with an itinerary and stored our bags on our departure day so we could explore.
