The hotel was very old and the shower and toilet were very dirty , old and they didn’t work properly. The kitchen was very old and we will never go back to that hotel.

Probably the best thing in this property is the location Other than that there’s many things that need to be fixed, beds are old with the lowest quality , blankets are old, tv is too small it’s almost the size of an iPad, kitchen is not fully equipped Overall the price we paying doesn’t match the quality of the rooms. Property main entrance and lobby is in excellent condition, friendly staff however the apart hotel is not well maintained, old furniture, small TVs, Shower drain was clogged, little cockroaches running around. No private parking. I would not recommend this property for now.

Everything was shut down. I reckoned that it could have been because of the Ramadan but other places were open and serving meals etc. The doors are rotten and needs urgent attention The bed liner was dusting and towers were worn out. Bedbugs were also found in the bed and ants on the sink in the bathroom. The hotel needs urgent attention and help if it must survive or makes it past another year.

Absolute Disgrace

Run down, empty, unclean. We booked a twin but got given a double. The room had stains on the walls and the bed sheets. The fridge was rusty and mouldy. There were no towels. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I couldnt bring myself to shower in it. The WiFi didnt work. No facilities at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is clearly a hotel for locals and not westerners with any semblance of standards. DO NOT take a UV torch with you. The whole place is filthy and run down. No towels in the rooms, no bottled water available, AC not working, shower head cracked broken, hand soap (no shower gel or shampoo) watered down, half the lights don’t work. It was an experience. The bar was locked shut, I wouldn’t dare go near the pool and I imagine the night club would be nasty

Les chambres n’étaient pas prĂ©parĂ©es : aucun drap du dessus ni serviettes ni papier toilettes en quantitĂ© suffisante. Nous n’avons pas arrĂȘtĂ© de redescendre Ă  l’accueil. OTEL A EVITER.....

Hotel trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs bruyant Ă  cause de la boite de nuit qui est contigu Ă  l'hotel. La rĂ©ception nous avait dit que tout devait s'arrĂȘter avant minuit mais en fait ça a Ă©tĂ© vers 01H 30 du matin, en sachant que nous Ă©tions un mardi soir, alors je me demande Ă  quelle heure ça se serait arrĂȘtĂ© si nous avions Ă©tĂ© dans un week end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Le matin,rĂ©veil en fanfare Ă  08h30 par le personnel d'Ă©tage qui parle fort dans les couloirs..... Nous avons eu 1 seule serviette de toilette pour 2. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel et n'y reviendrai certainement JAMAIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay there if Hamid is still working in the place

The stay was very nice, having in mind that we got a great price offer for the stay including breakfast. The problems where related to the wrong information sent to the hotel by the booking platform, saying there was no breakfast included. But the front desk young men, Hamid, was very mice and managed to help solving that. He is one of the few Moroccan people we gave meet that is really committed to his job and to work properly. I wish he manage to stay like that throughout his career. Other problem he managed to solve was the change of room because the first one was very unclean. He was a real help on all out stay and made the difference.

Die Studio Appartments sind fĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet. Das Hotelpersonal ist insgesamt unprofessionell und dass fĂŒr marrokanische VerhĂ€ltnisse. Alkohol mit ins Zimmer zunehmen ist verboten. DIe Putzfrauen melden alles. Die weißen HandtĂŒcher haben braune Flecken. Bei einer anderen Besucherin hat der Rezeptionist wohl mehrere Male Abends angeklopft und wollte rein zu ihr. Teilweise hatte ich den Eindruck die Zimmer wĂŒrden stĂŒndlich an Einheimische vermietet werden.

Le personnel Ă©tait plus agrĂ©able qu il y a 2 mois. Mais l Ă©tat de la chambre handicapĂ© Ă  quant Ă  lui vraiment baissĂ©. (En 2 mois seulement).Franchement cette rĂ©sidence a tout pour bien faire mais, la douche Ă©tait bouchĂ©e par des poils dont j ai enlevĂ© moi-mĂȘme une grosse poignĂ©e, j ai signalĂ© qu il devait en rester plus loin mais rien n Ă  Ă©tĂ© fait. La barre de toilettes de cette chambre handicapĂ© s est dĂ©crochĂ©e du mur lorsque je me suis rhabillĂ©e, j ai donc fait une jolie chute, la chaĂźne de Tv française ne fonctionnait pas et ma chambre Ă©tait situĂ©e au dessus du bar donc musique Ă  fond jusqu Ă  2h du mat, le frigo fait un vacarme mais ne fonctionne pas. Ceci dit la literie est bonne, la piscine est grande. J espĂšre que ces commentaires permettront Ă  cette rĂ©sidence de s amĂ©liorer. Le prix est un petit budget.

Good value for money

We stayed at Residence Agyad for one week. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach from the hotel. The rooms were a bit cold and you could hear music playing from the night club. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
