Apartment found spacious, clean, well furnished, including air conditioning and a terrace. The staff was really welcoming and the breakfast nice. Easy to park your car as there's a parking under the flat (chargeable). Great place to stay.

Convenient, but poor value in the end

This is a convenient place for a family but as a solo traveller I found the value isn't as good as a hotel for this price. They were accommodating with late self check in. However, it wasn't quite clean (pasta on the floor, long hair in the bath, hairs on the sheets, etc...), the WiFi wasn't working, nor the heating (it seems they're enforcing a temperature cap that no amount of tweaking the settings will override, so if you're cold for whatever reason you can warm up the room even temporarily. When I last stayed here a few years ago it was much better.

Lovely location, in need of a little updating.

We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.

Chambre au dernier étage propre. Vue tres limitée sur le lac car un immeuble est devant. Calme. Petit-déjeuner simple mais correct. Très bons pains.

Emplacement de l'établissement très bien. Le logement bien, spacieux pour nous trois. Une petite réserve tout de même sur la literie qui n'etait pas confortable du tout. C'est dommage ! Il faudrait revoir aussi la communication entre l'hôtel et le site hotel com. Avant notre arrivées à l'hôtel, on m'a demandé si nous voulions un parking . J'ai répondu oui durant le séjour. Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place l'hôtel n'avait pas l'info. Du coup, pas de parking, car pas de place le jour-j. On nous a proposé pour plus tard. Nous avons fait autrement. il faudrait revoir cela. L'information a été remontée à quelqu'un de la réception. J'espère qu'ils en prendront bonne note.

Uitstekende locatie en diervriendelijk. Vlotte check-in en check-out. Gebouw wat verouderd en de netheid kan veel beter. De wifi werkte niet in ons appartement en er waren geen zenders beschikbaar op de tv. Douche (in bad) en lavabo waren proper maar de vloer en deuren waren vuil en het appartement kon wat frisse lucht gebruiken. Geen dagelijkse hotel service zoals vermeld op de boeking site, maar we kregen wel nieuwe handdoeken op aanvraag.
