Very disappointing stay. The property is falsely advertised as having a swimming pool, including pool photos and appearing in search results as accommodation with a pool. In reality, the pool does not belong to the apartment and must be paid for separately. We traveled with children and chose this place mainly because of the pool, so this was extremely misleading. The only available pool was about 700 meters away, paid separately, making it inconvenient and impossible to use often with kids. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to take advantage of guests knowing it is difficult to find another place after arrival. Misleading listing, extra costs, and poor service. I do not recommend this property.

The building is new, nice and centrally located. We expected the apartment to be more disability-friendly: for example, in the bathroom there was a bathtub instead of a shower (which we had requested on the website at the time of booking). Furthermore, the property is presented on the website as having spa and wellness apartments, but when we asked at reception where the spa was, we did not receive any answer.

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from old town with good selection of shops and restaurants on the estate. Unfortunately getting check in details was difficult, contact is only possible 10-6pm and we had to chase them several times.

Really nice, modern apartment about a 10 minute walk from the centre. There's a useful shop just outside which is well-stocked. Downside is that we booked this for the pool as it was advertised as having one, but we had to pay to use it, at a very high price. We decided not to use this due to the cost which was disappointing.

The pool is a scam

The apartment is announced as an apartment with pool, but there is no pool in the facilities. The pool is in a private spa, in the area. To use the pool, you need to book it in advance (luckily you get an available spot), you need to pay extra and be in the pool for only 1 hour.

No more than 4 guests !

I would NOT stay here again for numerous reasons. Host was good and it was easy to communicate. We received self check in instructions as they were clear and easy to follow. Place was clean. However when this apartment was booked it said it can sleep up to 6 people. ABSOLUTELY NOT ! Apartment has 4 single beds which are combined together and 1 couch. At most place can sleep 5 people and thats not too comfortable. So thats a big NO NO. Why is this place listed for 6 people? Additionally there were not enough towels in the place.

We liked that the property was within a walking distance to downtown. On the other hand we were very disappointed with the customer service as they did not want to help with any issues with the apartment. 1. Booked 2BDR apartment with 2 queen beds (rcvd 1 queen and 2 twin beds - not ideal for two couples) 2. As per reservation our unit supposed to have “city views” - we had not city view at all 3. Pool should be free of charge; however the fee per hour was 69PLN (around $18) 4. Unit was not clean (dust; spiderwebs; felt like crumbs on the couch) 5. No standard condiments in the kitchen such as ice, salt and pepper 6. No standard toilet trees in the bathroom such as soap, body was, shampoo and conditioner 7. Charged more at the property than what it was listed on my invoice We definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone u less you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

Leilighetene var i god standard. Mellom leilighet A og B er det like lytt som om vi var i samme rom. Heldigvis reiste vi med familie. Det som er veldig negativt er hvor ekstremt lytt det er mellom etasjene. Det hørtes ut som de i leiligheten over oss hadde brytekamp med bowlingkuler. Området er ellers ganske rolig. Ligger to Zabka rett ved, som gjør det praktisk med frokost og kvelds om man reiser med barn. En kort spasertur til gamlebyen, som man også kan ta langs elven.
