One of the nicest apartments I have stayed in CBD. Parking was easy, dining options close by were terrific. Little Nooky for coffee was amazing! Price was terrific. We loved it!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’d happily stay again. Apartment was small but clean and central. Our kids love the pool, but unfortunately the spas and steam rooms seem permanently out of action.

The check out time of the property is too early at 10.30am, this is really too early given the fact that check in time into the property is only after 2pm. Hope the management can make the checkout time at least 12pm which is standard across other short stays/hotels. The WiFi on 35th floor is also quite bad and has a slow connection, hope this gets fixed too for higher level floors.

Good place for family stay

Convenient location, walking distance to almost everything. (Though I found Melbourne Central area might not be the cleanest in town.) Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Will recommend for families to stay. Spacious gym, adequate in-door pool and some playrooms to keep the kid entertained too. Would want to come back here and stay if I'm coming to Melbourne with the family again for sure.

Recommend a floor above 15 in order to see out and parking is difficult as we had to go up 6 floors with a very narrow ramp but available. Other than that great location and modern features. Would recommend for city stay.
