The property itself is good. Customer service is good too, as it offers very detailed check-in user guide by WhatsApp. Moreover it provides free drinks in the fridge. What's not so good is the noise from the street -- the property should improve its sound insulation.

- Location was good and near one of the metro stations - Walkable to main tourist attractions within the city - Lots of amenities provided such as tea, coffee etc - They even proactively whatsapp me when we message them via Expedia messgae one day before arrival - Really nice receptionist and people working there

nice place

location is just 5 mins away from metro station. The reception is very nice and allow us to check in earlier. The place is very clean and big, exactly what was shown on the website. Only problem is the lift. It’s too small. Each time only fit 1 person with luggage. Most is 1 person with 2 luggage. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Amazing apartment

Are 5 night stay at Connect studio &apartments was fantastic! Easy check in, amazing junior suite with a great view over the city and some drinks and snack already there awaiting our arrival. Extremely friendly staff who messaged us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again

The apartment was a perfect size for three of us (adult family). Although the area nearby wasn't so pretty, it was easily walkable (10-15 mins) into the lovely streets of Psyri where there were plenty of places for eating, and then onto central Athens. It was also only 5 minutes' walk from the metro, with easy access to the airport. Communication via Whatsapp and at reception was great. Thank you!

The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor and apartment on 6th floor!! Felt uneasy in a very small elevator!! Did not provide microwave Georgina at reception desk was very helpful in booking tours and letting us know about coffee shops and restaurants near by !! Nice to have bus stop in front of apartment, the neighborhood felt unsafe at late at night

The property has a secure entry and presents well overall. I received good communication from them with details of how to get there and enter the room as I was arriving outside of reception hours, which was no issue. Unfortunately, the shower drainage system had an issue where the water would leak out into the hallway carpet. I told the reception about this and they said it was part of the design and weren't bothered at all in saying anything else about it. This was unpleasant but we used a hand towel to try and block the water soaking the carpet during our stay. The property is not fully soundproof as we could hear people talking in the room next to us, and traffic outside, but overall the noise pollution wasn't bad. Everything else was in working order and room itself was well put together with good storage space and very comfortable bed.

Edificio antiguo. Reormado parcialmente. El ascensor muy pequeño y sin una de las paredes. Puerta blindada, pero al abrir con clave se echa de menos algún método de cierre más seguro para las noches. La zona cambia mucho cuando atardece. Los guias turísticos desaconsejan la zona. Por insegura. De noche aconsejan ir o salir en taxi o uber. Se ven cosas y escenas desagradables.
