TrÚs déçu pour le rapport qualité prix

Pour une prix de 250€ la nuitĂ©e logement clairement pas Ă  la hauteur en terme de modernitĂ© et prestations. Pas de Clim , un micro ventilateur en fin de vie, draps payant , linge de toilette et de mĂ©nage payant . Des lits sĂ©parĂ©s aux matelas peu confortable . Vaisselles sommaires et vieillottes, dĂ©co dĂ©passĂ©s mobilier dĂ©passĂ©s . À ce prix la nuit Ă  l’hĂŽtel 3 Ă©toiles est plus confort .

Bon séjour, j'y retournerai.

TrÚs bon séjour. Cadre agréable, personnel communicant bien, et lieux trÚs propres. Le seul point qui ne soit pas positif est le confort du lit moyen du fait que c'est un canapé convertible.

Pas vraiment conseillé

Abord plutĂŽt sympathique , mais le studio est restĂ© dans son jus ! Toilette ,lavabo ,douche Ă  l'ancienne ,canapĂ© vintage , mais assez usĂ© et literie type bateau ,tout au milieu .....MĂȘme pas de tire-bouchon dans les couverts , pas de hotte sur la plaque ,trĂšs déçu de notre nuit ....

Sehr schöne Lage, im kleinen Supermarkt in der Anlage bekommt man nahezu alles. Die HĂ€user/Appartements sind renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Der Kinderspielplatz wĂ€re schön wenn er nicht durch Möwen und Tauben so stark verkotet wĂ€re, das ist ekelerregend und sehr schade. Hier wĂŒrde schon ein einfaches Sonnensegel Abhilfe schaffen.

Un week-end en famille trÚs agréable

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour d’une nuit seulement. La rĂ©sidence est construite comme un joli petit village vacances trĂšs arborĂ©. Notre appartement ressemblait Ă  une petite maison mitoyenne Ă  l’ombre des pins: on se serait crus dans les Landes. La piscine est trĂšs propre et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Avec ses arbres et ses fleurs, pour le coup on aurait pu se croire aux Antilles. L’endroit est trĂšs calme. Tout est trĂšs fonctionnel. Le logement est pratique, plein de rangements. PossibilitĂ© de garer la voiture dans le parking privĂ© de la rĂ©sidence. Jeux pour enfants. Personnel serviable. Le tout pour un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Si nous avions quelques regrets nous dirions que l’appartement commence Ă  ĂȘtre un tout petit peu vieillot. TrĂšs propre mais le style est plutĂŽt celui d’il y a 20 ans. Les rideaux de douche ne se font plus trop et d’ailleurs quelques traces de rouille sur sa tringle. L’absence de climatisation est aussi Ă  noter. Heureusement l’endroit est ombragĂ© mais c’est quand mĂȘme une rĂ©gion oĂč il fait chaud. Enfin mieux vaut avoir une voiture car mĂȘme s’il y a un arrĂȘt de bus devant la rĂ©sidence, il faut quand mĂȘme un peu marcher en passant par des endroits oĂč il n’y a pas grand-chose pour rejoindre les commerces et le centre-ville. Il y a nĂ©anmoins sur place une supĂ©rette trĂšs pratique dans la rĂ©sidence. Ces petits bĂ©mols ne nous ont pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer le bon sĂ©jour que nous espĂ©rions et ils contribuent certainement au fait que le tarif reste accessible.

Das einzig schöne an dieser Anlage ist der Pool schön groß und sauber. Man bemĂŒht sich seitens der Rezeption aber die Wohnungen sind heruntergekommen und dreckig...Jenseits eines Standard. Nicht zu empfehlen!
