Aufgrund von Starkregen zuvor war es im Zimmer extrem feucht, wodurch auch der Boden nass war. Die Klimaanlage half nur bedingt. Der Kleiderschrank war beschädigt und der Tisch war in der Mitte stark gewölbt (möglicherweise weil jemand drauf saß).

Where to start with this place… do not, do not, do not stay here. No idea how this place got such a high review. 1. The entire room and other rooms have a major humidity issue and this will come in later and a major problem. 2. I got sick with a sinus infection (after years or not getting such a sniffle) because there was mold in the AC. When I complained they couldn’t help me. I only booked for two days, so I was going to make the best and just leave and stay somewhere else. 3. That decision to stay almost cost me my life, why? Well I was startled out of my bed around 2 AM to a burning smell as it rubber was on fire. Immediately checked my phone, but nope that wasn’t it. After further inspection it was the microwave in the room. I immediately grabbed my valuables and told the staff. Once again all they could do was tell me the manager will talk to me in the morning and I didn’t argue went to bed. 4. The manager in the morning had the audacity to tell me that I possibly did something wrong (in a humidity filled hotel where water was dripping from even the microwave) and told me they needed to investigate. I didn’t even argue for a refund, grabbed my things and went on my way. Expedia needs to delist this property and I’ll make this comment so when or if someone lose their life, Expedia will be held responsible as for knowing that there is a major issue at this hotel. So again do not stay here. It’s unsafe and they are in no rush to fix it.

Hola… Jamás nos respondieron para indicar que no darían habitación solicitada para persona con silla de ruedas, piso encerado peligroso; sin apoyo para ayudar a persona discapacitada con equipaje a la llegada. Sábanas y toallas percudidas, ludías y rotas. Extractor demasiado ruidoso. Teníamos que ir hasta la recepción para solicitar algo, no hay teléfono; por lo tanto el costo es excesivo para las condiciones del hotel… Solamente reconocer la valiosa atención del Señor del área de mantenimiento y de las tres Señoritas que realizan la limpieza en las habitaciones; quienes siempre tuvieron una actitud positiva y amable para resolver peticiones. Gracias

Que no corresponde lo que cobran y/o cotizan en relación a sus instalaciones, servicios, sábanas , toallas que están en pésimas condiciones El extractor del baño suena muchísimo, no sirve la regadera de la alberca Las sábanas y toallas están luidas El líquido que usan para limpiar el piso es muy resbaloso y por ende peligroso

Pulito. Silenzioso. Comodo parcheggio interno. MA all'arrivo trovo l' aria condizionata a 18 gradi, la spengo e come conseguenza si forma una condensa talmente persistente da bagnare il pavimento e le superfici dei mobili per tutta la notte e fino al check-out. La cucina c'è però mancano tutti gli utensili, i piatti, i bicchieri, insomma non c'è niente, ma potete noleggiare il tutto ovviamente per un costo aggiuntivo. Non tornerei.
