Communication was great! the place is clean and the location is great. Only comments is that we didn't use the coffee because both coffee water tank and filter were both moldy and dirty. Also the shower's water pressure was extremely weak so we didn't take good showers but the bath tub was great.

The place was very clean, The layout of the One bedroom studios are amazing because they have a hallway And the bedrooms are completely away from one another that way you have a lot of privacy. There’s no TV inside the bedroom and that is even better because sometimes when you stay in a hotel, the person in the other room sleep with the TV on all night and you can’t sleep. However, one of the three bedrooms did not have hot water in the middle of winter and even though we reported it they wanted they knocked when we weren’t there and then left no communication whatsoever. A bed to sleep but not a bathroom shower, that was totally unacceptable and they decided to give me a $21 credit wow that made it much better. No customer service/maintenance is below grade. Everything other than that was great.

Unique place to stay, spacious, comfortable, very convenient location with parking available. Location was safe and easy to navigate around. Would highly recommend.

Why was it so hairy?

Moved 2 times because of hair in the bed. 3rd room didn't have shampoo, shower gel, hand soap or coffee cups and there was hair on the unvacuumed rug. Shelves were dusty.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at The Mint. Our unit was very clean with all the comforts of home and fabulous city views. Close to downtown but far enough away you don’t hear foot traffic or music all hours. The night time desk clerk was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mint House Reserve in Nashville. We were very happy with the gated parking lot, the service at the front desk, and the check-in/check-out experience. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were nice and had all amenities for a great stay. The one big negative was having to pay an additional fee for parking when we booked a room, we felt this should be included.

Nice place, bad toilet

The place was fairly clean and felt safe and secure. The biggest issue was that the toilet was not flushing properly. Maintenance did respond quickly, yet the toilet still started to back up shortly afterwards. We are a family of six with one toilet so this was very concerning.

Loved our stay here! Many thoughtful amenities: ldishwasher tabs, paper towel, olive oil ,Nespresso pods, laundry facilities and laundry soap. Excellent location near to lower Broadway, very walkable (15 min). Lala at the front desk was super helpful. Will stay here again!
