Great apartment for a weekend break.

Lovely apartment not far from the city centre (couple of stops on the Metro) good communication via WhatsApp and the Numa app which was great. Only feedback would be some furniture is a bit tired and could do with being refreshed.

Great clean room with air conditioning. The stairs were a bit difficult with the pushchair but that was our problem. The room and the location were both great and very close to the metro station. I was very impressed with the automated keyless system at the apartment. Overall a great experience for us.

Numa Stay Vienna seemed perfect for our family trip. We had two separate bedrooms and a folding bed in the living room. There is nothing to do in the area but you can hop on the nearby underground to the buzzle and hustle of the city centre in about 15 minutes. The rooms look nice, the beds are clean and there are enough power outlets to charge everyone's phones and tablets.

We traveled in the heart of winter. The room was warm and very comfortable. No need to pack thick PJs. Metro is across the road and takes you anywhere you want and is very cheap. SPAR sunoermarket is 2 minutes walk. .

We loved our stay at Numa and would stay again.

Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer.

This wonderful apartment located on the excellent public transport system was spacious, clean & located with plenty of supermarket & restaurant options nearby. Communication with hosts was excellent & when we had an issue with the power (self inflicted) they were super responsive & helpful. Recommend Numa properties!

Pros: Great location - close to U-Bahn station, Spar and Billla supermarkets. Good kitchen facilities (including dishwasher) and bathroom/shower. AC unit is good. Cons: Bedroom has no AC unit, so can get very warm. Significant road traffic noise as the windows are old style and not well insulated. Lifts don't stop at every floor.

A great apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a great stay. Spotlessly clean and check in/out no effort needed. The bed was so comfortable that I slept so well, weather was very miserable during our stay, so it was lovely to come back, have a shower and be warm & cosy in the apartment. Subway a minute’s walk away & bus stop 15 second walk away. Same distance for BILLA & SPAR for groceries. Safe neighbourhood for walking day or night. Highly recommend

... the chatbot which you have to stress in case of any abnormality. In our case the room instead of being available earlier as asked was not yet ready at 15.00. Compensation was eventually offered, by a human being after a senseless communication with the chatbot in the beginning
