Llegué al lugar con mi familia incluida una adulta mayor y me dijeron que no les aprecia la reserva me tuvieron en espera para darme otro hospedaje y tampoco pudieron conseguirlo perdí dinero y tiempo con ustedes, la peor reserva nunca más vuelvo a rentar en expedia son los peores

Terrible, la casa estaba rentada a otras personas

Muy mal, reserve 2 habitaciones y la casa estaba ocupada por otras personas, el teléfono de contacto que sale en la pagina no les pertenece a ellos por lo que no hay como contactarlos, Hotels.com debería retirarlos de su portal, me tuve que devolver porque no me reubicaron
