Great location and beautiful views. Nice staffs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice area and free tram for easy access to the city. Only issue was that there was still a strong paint smell. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

Perfect 5 night getaway for the family, will definitely be returning :)
Unfortunately the apartment is surrounded by 2 new buildings under construction. This probably should have been disclosed as the noise was an issue.
The doona on the main bedroom was undersized and only just covered the top surface so did not cover 2 adults when in the bed.
The text message received on check in was meant to be the number to contact if anything was required but texts went unanswered for days.
